Richard Hill is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over thirty five years experience in the construction industry. He has worked on a broad range of international projects across a number of sectors including infrastructure, civil engineering, process engineering, regeneration, commercial offices, fit-out, residential, hotel, leisure and retail schemes. He has worked extensively overseas in Western and Central Europe. Richard set up and ran an office in Poland from 1996 to 1999 and has worked on projects in, France, Holland, Spain, Luxemburg, Czech Republic and Serbia. Richard has experience of many standard forms of contract including FIDIC, JCT, NEC 3 and IChemE as well as many bespoke forms for specific projects. Richard has acted as advisor on construction disputes over the last 15 years.
