Create Agent Connect Link Log in to your Producer Toolbox and click the Agent Connect tab on the home page. This page shows any new Agent Connect pages you create in this new Agent Toolkit. To edit an existing Agent Connect page click the link under Web Page Name. To create a new page click the Add New Web Site button on the right.

Here you will enter the information needed to create your Agent Connect Page. Under Page Details enter a name for the page and select the state. Under Line of Business check the box next to each line of business you want on the page and select the TIN for each. Page Configuration allows you to change the language and hide information from displaying. If you are forwarding a domain name to this Agent Connect page you can enter it here. When you have entered the information click the Create Page button.

Forgotten Password If you ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot your Password link located beneath the Login link on the Producer Toolbox page. Step 1 Enter Unique Username Enter Your Tax ID Enter Characters Shown in Box

Step 2 Provide security question answer Step 3 Password will be emailed to the email address on file.

Change Your Broker Portal Password Log in to the Broker Portal. In the top right corner of the home page next to your name is the Manage Account link. This is where you will change your password. Enter your current password in the top box and the new password in the 2 nd and 3 rd. Complete the update by clicking Save Changes.

Delegate Delete, Edit and Reset Password At the top-right of any screen in the broker portal, you can click on Manage Account Click on the Manage Delegates button, on the right side of the screen. Then at the next screen, click on the Create New Delegates button. To delete a Delegate, click on the red x to the right of their name. To change a Delegate s access level, or to reset a Delegate s password, click on the Edit button.

Here, you can select a new Access Level for your Delegate, from the dropdown box and click on the Save button. To reset the password for a Delegate, click on the Reset Password button. This screen will display after you click on the Reset Password button.

Adding a Delegate A delegate is someone that you can assign to perform certain tasks on the broker portal, on your behalf. First, log in to the broker portal. Here s the link to log in: https://brokerportal.anthem.com/ehb/ web/bkr/acc/login.htm Then click on Manage Account on the top-right of the screen. Click on the Manage Delegates button, on the right side of the screen. Only the primary account holder, or the person that the primary account holder has assigned as a Site Administrator can see this button.

Then at the next screen, click on the Create New Delegate button. Fill in the Delegates name and email address. In the Delegate Login Credentials area, enter whatever you want their Username and Password to be. In the Delegate Access Level area, select a level from the drop-down. The access level descriptions are displayed to the right, which are: Minimum - Minimum Access cannot view sections of the Web site related to your business. A Minimum Access user can still order supplies, create proposals and view plan information, as well as other general content Moderate - can view all sections of the Web site except your online commission statements. This includes application status and membership details Full - can view all sections of the Web site including your online commission statements. Site Administrator - can view all sections of the Web site including your online commission statements. A Site Admin can also create accounts (delegates) for other assistants in your office Then click on the Save button

View Application Status Login to your Producer Toolbox and click the Incoming Business tab in the top left area of the home page. Click the Applications & Enrollments link under Incoming Business. Filter the list of applications using the radio buttons and drop-down menus here. The status of your applications will be listed in the column on the right.
