DELAWARE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY LANDLORD/VENDOR PORTAL REGISTRATION GUIDE 1. Go to Delaware County Housing Authority (DCHA) Website located at: www.dcha1.org and click on Landlord/Vendor Portal. 2. You will be brought to this page: Select the link Click here to register under the box that says First Time Visitor. This will take you to the Landlord/Vendor Registration Page. 3. Your Registration Code is your Landlord/Vendor number. This number should begin with either a lowercase L or V ; it can be found on your check stub under the date in the top left hand corner. 4. The screen below will appear and enable you to complete each field with information to set up your account. 5. After you fill in the above information and click submit you will be brought to the screen below that asks for your banking information. For information on where you can find your bank routing number and bank account number you can click on the underlined words on this screen. 6. At the bottom of the Direct Payment form you will see Payment Authorization information section. At the bottom of the paragraph there is a Here link. Click this link to be brought to the next screen: This form needs to be completed and emailed and/or mailed to us in order for us to begin your Direct Deposit. You are now all set up for Direct Deposit. Below you will see some of the benefits of using our Landlord/Vendor Portal: My Profile - Here you will find all of your owner information in our system. Your Tax ID number, the address we have for you, and phone numbers. This information can be updated, and will be sent to our systems for our records. My Ledger - This is where you can view any Housing Assistance Payments deposited to your bank account for your tenants. Unit Abatements - Here you will find any information on unit abatements. Unit Inspections - Here you will find all current and previous inspection reports for your unit(s). Unit Information - Here you can keep a detailed and organized list of unit(s) size, and status with us. Attachments - Any information that Delaware County housing Authority needs to address with our landlords (as in a delay in payment, etc.) will be added to the Attachment: section of the portal.
