Access to the User Portal Access the Cloud portal at: https://www.oblaci.rs/. For access to your Cloud account: 1. Select the Portal user type you belong to (private or business); 2. Enter your access parameters in the fields displayed in Figure 1. The private users access their accounts by using the parameters of their SSO account. If you are a business customer, you have already received your access parameters, i.e. user name and password from your KAM. Account Homepage Once the access parameters have been successfully entered, your account homepage opens displaying the following: Figure 2 Homepage 1. Review of all your services 2. Review of requests 3. Catalogue with recommended services in the offering 4. Profile pane with your username, link for Help and a button to leave your account 5. Information pane with chronologically arranged information about changes to your services 6. Information pane about all your services that are expiring soon 7. Information pane with popular services in the offering 8. Information pane with the latest services in the offering 4

Catalogue This page first shows the offered IaaS with related information, as follows: Figure 3 Catalogue of offered IaaS services 1. Menu of the offered service types, in this case with offered IaaS and PaaS 2. Drop-down menu to select the manner of sorting the services offered 3. Drop-down menu to sort the services 4. Review of the service subtype 5. Button for more details about services 5

Also, access the PaaS services by using the Catalogue page displaying the following details: Figure 4 Catalogue of offered PaaS services 1. PaaS select button 2. Drop-down menu to select the displaying manner, i.e. to filter and sort the offered services 3. Column with the PaaS service subtypes in the current offering 4. Button for more details about services in the PaaS offering IaaS details and service setup 6

Click on the More Details button in Figure 3 to enter the page for detailed configuration of your service in the IaaS offering displaying: Figure 5 Configuration of new IaaS 1. IaaS name in the Catalogue 2. Fields for the entry of your new Iaas name with the additional description and the service term options 3. Field for the entry of your server name 4. Review of your server specification 5. Review of the associated documents 6. Displayed price of the selected package and Submit Request Button (double-click only after all parameters have been set for the new IaaS) The selection of parameters continues in Figure 6: 7

Selection of the service password, i.e. the field for the entry of chosen password which should have between 8 and 255 characters from minimum 3 out of 4 character groups: capital letters, small letters, numbers and special symbols; 8. Selection of a virtual server and configuration from three basic packages: Basic, Advance and Premium 9. Selection of the RAM quantity in the basic package 8

Selection of IP address with the required settings by firewall types for public addresses and joining the existing L3VPN or starting the request for L3VPN access to addresses in the private range. After clicking on the Submit Request, a sub-window with the submitted request confirmation appears within item 6: 9

Selection of the operating system (OS), applications and support level (SLA) within the selected OS The PaaS configuration is completed by selecting the values displayed in the following figure: 12

Double-click on the Submit Request Button after all parameters for the new service have been set on the page. After clicking on the Submit Request, a sub-window with the submitted request confirmation appears. 13

The Requests tab displays the requests for all types of your selected services. The following figure displays the basic elements: Figure 15 Review of requests 1. Number of all requests and their current status 2. Drop-down menu for sorting the review of requests 3. Type of service column displaying the current status of requests 4. Column displaying the requests submission dates 5. Column which describes the approximate time of the service setup 6. Button with options to cancel, i.e. delete request 7. Column with options for a detailed review of services, daily prices and the request delete option Deleting requests is performed by selecting the boxes beside the service displayed in column 3. There are some requests that can and those that cannot be deleted. Additional details on the possibilities of deleting some requests can be obtained using the first item on the left within the drop-down menu for sorting the requests (under number 2 in figure 15). The requests that cannot be deleted are those that are currently being processed. My services review My Services tab displays the review of all your services in the Telekom s Cloud offering. The figure shows the following details: 15

Displayed services that are soon to expire For individual deletion of services, select boxes (under number 4) beside the service displayed in column 3 and click on the button beside the selected service in column 6. For group deletion of services, select the box (the first item on the left) in the drop-down menu under number 2, then click on the delete button marked with number 7. Service Management and Modification Click on More Details button marked with number 6 in Figure 16 to enter the new sub-window for service management, modification and history. 16
