NON-TARIED PRODUTS AND SERVIES Page 569 3rd Revision Effective Date: August 27, 2010 SaskTel Wireless Text Messaging Service Description Text Messaging Service is a wireless feature which provides the ustomer with the ability to send and receive text messages via SaskTel s wireless network using their wireless handset. Terms and onditions 1. ustomers must have a SaskTel wireless phone that is capable of sending and/or receiving text messages. If the ustomer has a wireless phone capable of two-way text messaging, the ustomer can send and receive text messages. ustomers with a one-way text messaging capable phone can only receive text messages. 2. Text Messaging Service is only available to SaskTel customers who subscribe to a postpaid or prepaid wireless rate. 3. New customers will automatically receive this feature on a pay-per-use basis. 4. urrent postpaid rate customers with wireless handsets will automatically be given access to Text Messaging Service. 5. ustomers may choose to change from a pay-per-use rate to a monthly rate at any time. 6. ustomers can request to have Text Messaging disabled from their wireless phone at any time. 7. SaskTel has no responsibility of any kind for any hardware and software required by the ustomer to use Text Messaging Service. 8. Text messages are automatically deleted from the system three days after they have been sent; therefore, SaskTel will not be able to deliver text messages that are not retrieved within three days. 9. ile attachments and graphics cannot be successfully sent using the Text Messaging Service.

Received text messages have a maximum number of characters limit that will vary according to the customer's wireless handset model. This maximum automatically includes the sender's return address, which may vary in length. 11. The maximum number of characters for sent text messages will vary according to the wireless handset model. 12. Text messages can be sent and received while customers are within both 800 MHz and 1.9 GHz of wireless coverage areas throughout anada. 13. While in anada, text messages can be sent to, and received from, SaskTel customers, as well as to and from most other wireless carriers' text messaging subscribers throughout anada, the U.S., and select countries around the world. 14. While in anada, text messages can be sent to any valid e-mail address. 15. Text messages sent via the SaskTel website can only be sent to SaskTel customers.
