Warm Market Scripts Ideas. Schedule a time to talk with them soon after they get the information. Follow-up is the key to success. See some ideas. Speak to your upline support and see what s working for them. The non-threatening approach below actually results in your friends and family wanting to help you instead of running away and hiding. Even if they don't enroll into your business they will still host a party, order products and/or connect you with others they know who would benefit from our products or business opportunity. This approach is simple, effective and stress free. Test Market Approach #1 (Business Led) Hi Prospects Name I was wondering if you would be willing to help me out with something? We have been looking for a way to (get out of debt, pay off our car, stay home with kids, increase our income, etc). We have stumbled across something we are really quite excited about and feel could work for us, we are hearing really good stories about the company and products. But before we completely get ourselves in too deep, we re first doing a test market through our friends who we trust will give us their honest opinion. It s kind of a look under the bonnet before we buy kind of thing. So would you be willing to test something out for me? Great, when can we get together?" Test Market Approach #2 (Party Booking) Hi Prospects Name I was wondering if you would be willing to help me out with something? We have been looking for a way to (get out of debt, pay off our car, stay home with kids, increase our income, etc). We have stumbled across something we are really quite excited about and feel could work for us, we are hearing really good stories about the company and products. But before we completely get ourselves in too deep we re first doing a test market through our friends who we trust will give us their honest opinion. It s kind of a look under the bonnet before we buy kind of thing. So would you be a party host for me? Just invite a few people around to help me get some practice with people I know and trust and to see how people respond to our products. Great, when within the next 21 days will suit? " Test Market Approach #2(Product led) Hi "PROSPECTS NAME", how s it going? I am looking for a favour from you. We have been looking for a way to (get out of debt, pay off our car, stay home with kids, increase our income, etc). We think we have found something that may work for us. The company we are with have products that people use all the time, are usually better quality than the high street and can save them money. I m thinking it might really take off. But before I commit fully to this and start an advertising campaign, I want to do a test market. So would you be willing to be one of my customers and try these products out? I d really like to get your honest opinion to see if it s something you d use on a regular basis and refer to other people. It would really help me out to have your feedback, would you be willing to do that for me? Great, when can we get together or what is your favourite perfumes /aftershaves?

Practice Approach # (Party Booking) Hey "PROSPECT NAME", can I get your help with something? I m starting my own perfume business and I could really use your help. I need to get some practice holding some perfume parties, would you be willing to host one for me, I would much rather get some practice with people I feel comfortable with, and I would really appreciate your help. Opinion Approach Hey, I need your help; can you look over this info and tell me what you think? I want to get your opinion on it. (Give them your website, the 7 minute presentation, invite to business opportunity meeting etc. Or... if in person, sit down with them and do a 1-on-1 presentation) Direct Approach Hey "PROSPECT NAME", how s it going? Hey I have a quick question for you. Choose one: a) How would you like to capitalise on your people skills, contacts, expertise, experience and knowledge? b) If there was a way for you to (pick one: double your income, get out of debt, retire early, diversify your income, pay for kids college tuition, stay home with kids, travel more, etc.) would you want to get more information? c) Would you like to have more fun while earning money? d) Can you see yourself doing what you are doing right now for the rest of your life? Are you serious about that? Great, we need to talk. I m working part time doing something I m really excited about. I m not sure if this would be for you or not, but I think you should get the information so you can (repeat what they agreed to i.e. get out of debt, etc.) When are you available? (Take them to a web presentation, or book them for a live meeting or let them watch the FM Movie DVD) So when are you available? The Following Scripts are useful if you have been in a Home Business before and have not had success of if you have old contacts who were also looking for a home based business in the past. Warm Market Script for people you have approached before re: another opportunity Hi "PROSPECTS NAME", how s it going? I am looking for a favour from you. You know in the past we have been looking for a way to (get out of debt, pay off our car, stay home with kids, increase our income, etc). As you may know, we have tried a couple of things before and ended up with egg on our face. However, we have always harboured a dream of building our own business, and we think we have come across something that will work for us. I m thinking it might really take off because of the quality and price of the products and with the financial climate the way it is at the moment many people are looking to save money and make money. However, we want to dip our toes in the water this time, get the honest opinion of people we trust before we commit fully just to help us build up belief in the company, products and ourselves again, so would you be willing to help us out and

be my/our customers? Great, when can we get together or what is your favourite perfumes/aftershaves? Previous Home Business Prospect Hi "PROSPECTS NAME", how s it going? We spoke sometime back when you were looking at a way of making extra income working from home. Did you find what you were looking for or do you still keep your income options opened? If they say yes or asked you what is it, start trying find out what they are looking for. Past Networking Contact. Hi "PROSPECTS NAME", I hope you don t mind me calling you, we met/spoke a few months/years back when we both were doing xxxxxxx business. How did that work out for you? (If they say it went well ) Great, do you keep your income options opened? (If it didn t work out say) "PROSPECTS NAME" Do you still harbour a dream that a home based business could work for you? We are working with a company at the moment that is helping to restore people s faith in a home based business. It s free to join, the products are excellent quality which are used daily by many and are actually cheaper than similar products from the high street The best bit is no-one is getting hurt and people are making money. It s felt that such opportunities like this come around every 10 years of so, would you be happy to receive more information? Follow-Up & Closing Script SMILE WHILE YOU RE ON THE PHONE - YOU ARE NOT A SALESPERSON. GOAL= MAKE FRIENDS Hi (PROSPECT NAME), how s it going? (Build rapport) Did you get a chance to review that information yet? What did you like most about what you saw? (heard) 1. Tell me more about that? (Be quiet and let them sell themselves. Encourage them to expand on this. Take notes here, you should already have some notes from your first phone call with them). 2. Okay, (PROSPECT NAME), do you want to make a little or a lot? 3. What for? (Get them to tell you what they would spend that money on, get them dreaming about it. Let them expand on this.) 4. (PROSPECT NAME), at your current job, how long will it take you to be able to (list the goals they just gave you)? 5. So (Prospects Name) Are you willing to learn? Are you willing to work? Are you willing to give it a try, give it your best shot? 6. Where do you see yourself getting started? At the Basic level to test the water, dip your toe in the water sort of thing? Or at the serious, business level with the Complete Starter Pack and 300 points of our best selling product, so we can get you into profit within your first few days and so you get on the first rung of the bonus ladder in order to get you to (list their goals faster)

Great! WELCOME ABOARD. I just need to take down your information to get your business setup. (Fill in application information and put them in the system or take them to your website and help them fill in the application there) You will get an email from the company, with your id number and password. You will need to call the office to give them your payment details. You can log in to the training area at www.fmcosmetics.co.uk, there are lots of tips and hints on how to launch y successfully. Just make sure you download and print the getting started handbook If you get the payment processed before 2pm tomorrow you should have your kit by xxxx day, I will give you a call then just to make sure you are happy with everything. Handling Objections: Do not be on the defensive when handling objections. Remember, they are afraid of risk. Just pile up the worth by repeating their goals back to them. Example: PROSPECT: I don t think I can do this. Really tell me about that? (Keep asking to get to the root of the issue) You know (PROSPECT NAME), how you were saying that you want to (repeat their goals back to them, sell them on THEIR dreams and goals.) So are you serious about that? How serious? So are you willing to learn? Are you willing to work? Are you willing to try something that may give you the chance to (repeat their goals back to them)? Just give it a shot or do nothing and never have the chance to (List some of their goals). Great, here s your next step. (Or let s get your account setup, let me get some information from you first, get order details, etc.) They keep giving objections or excuses like I don t have the money, time, etc. (PROSPECT NAME), is it that you really don t have the money (time, etc.) and you really do want to get started, or you just can t say no and don t want to hurt my feelings? Money Objection You will get people who say they can t afford the money for the starter kit. If they genuinely don t have the money and can t find it, and you believe they are serious, then the options you have is it offer them the mini kit at 9.50. If they live locally you could offer to do a party for them and split the commission, so they can get their kit, or lend them yours (make sure you put a timescale on this) Encourage them to use the warm market scripts above to pre-sell the products in order to pay for their kit. Some people send out samples/catalogues etc., to help people get started, but this can end up costing a fair bit of money and in my experience if someone has got something for nothing there is no value attached to it. If people are serious they will find a way to pay.

REFERRAL SCRIPT #1: The prospect says no to your opportunity, but you have built a great rapport with them: Okay, great, I really enjoyed talking to you and I agree with you that this is not for you. Who do you know who loves perfume aftershave and would like to save money and maybe also make an extra income? #2: When you are following up with a customer and they liked your product or service: I am so happy for you that you are enjoying our products Who do you know who would also enjoy using them, or do you know anyone that would like to earn an additional income. (list some of the benefits like: to make extra money, pay off debt, pay for kid s college tuition, etc)? #3: If you have a friend or biz associate you ve previously spoken to: Hey, how s it going for you? (F.O.R.M. them with questions). I m expanding my biz and I need your help. Who do you know who would want (list some of the benefits like: to make extra money, pay off debt, pay for kid s college tuition, etc)?
