1 Coaching Sales Script Example The appointment Call: Hi XYZ How are you today? Do you have much on? Anything planned for the weekend? Fantastic, it is XXX from The Game Changers and I just wanted to thank you for taking time to fill in the form at Free Speed Networking and qualifying for your complementary coaching session valued at $300. Congratulations! Because I know your time is valuable this is a very quick call to arrange a time for your discovery session. Before we get to that though I was wondering, Did you enjoy yourself on Wednesday night? Did you end up meeting some valuable contracts? Fantastic. These discovery calls usually run from between minutes and we deliver them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Which of these two days are best for you? Tuesdays or Thursdays? (write down the day) Fantastic and do you prefer them in the morning or afternoon? 2 The Coaching Call Hi XYZ Hoe is your day going so far? Do you have much on? Anything planned for the weekend? Great. So welcome to your very first Game Changer Coaching call, I am really excited about what we are going to discover today. Do you have any specific questions at this stage? (if given a question) This will be discovered during the session. Fantastic. Well in that case let s get started. I recommend that you have a pen and a piece of paper handy or even a laptop/computer to take notes on what we cover today. I also recommend having a glass of water too. It is always good to stay hydrated in life. Before we begin just out of curiosity if someone was able to show you how to get what you wanted most in life by following a very simple system would you be willing to follow that system? Great. I like the way you think. So in order to best serve you during this call and for you to gain the most amount of value I need to ask you a few simple questions, would that be ok? Great, so here they are: 1. What is the main reason you wanted to have a discovery session with us? 2. What specifically are you most wanting to discover from today s call? 3. Fantastic. What is your #1 priority at the moment? 4. Why did you pick that? 5. I see. Why is that so important to you? 6. Where would you ultimately like to be 12 months from today to this priority? 7. What is currently preventing you from achieving these goals? 8. What sorts of problems does that ultimately create? 9. What would be the most help anyone could give you to assist you in achieving your goals? 10. So what would getting this goal ultimately mean to you? (Feature Benefits Ultimate Meaning) Good news I have been coaching for over 5 years now and have worked with well over 100 of clients. I have also coached companies like (insert your credibility statements and expert positioning statements) and what I have discovered is this... (insert your unique education point) (At this stage give them some take away tips they can implement straight away and make it the first step of the system. So ideally everyone should begin by identifying what is important to them and what their values are. They can download shadow values off the home page to get started. Make it sounds like the very first step and once they have completed this step they need to check back in with you.)
