In the early 2s,LED packaging product line was established. Our package products include 335, 2, 3528, 32, 3528, 314, 55, 2835, 563, 573, and tailor-made non-color backlight with product capacity of 6KK per month. Currently we have processing machines for LED encapsulation. Our dust-free workshop is equipped with ASM bonding and sorting machines. Under the banner of Waichi Holdings, Waichi factory produces small to large size LED backlight from 2inch to 55inch television,smart phone automobile and industrial machineries. Currently we have highly graded dust-free workshop equipped with equipment such as LED injection machines integrated polishing machine,laser engraving machine, digital silkscreen printing and automatic film stacktry machines advanced testing machines.
