She teaches Professional and Academic Guidance at graduate level and Educational Research Methodology at doctorate level. Her research is focused on Higher Education (graduates competences and curricular reforms -in relation to employability and lifelong learning- and, more recently, on university-enterprise partnerships). She is author of several publications on these subjects. She is member of the EAIR (the European Higher Education Society). She has worked as adviser for higher education matters for the European Commission. Member of the Cluster for the Modernisation agenda of European universities, DG Education and Culture. From 2007 to 2010, she has collaborated with the DG of Higher Education in the Spanish Central Government in the Bologna Reforms, and has been member of the Spanish National Team of Bologna Experts.
