Vision Benefit The Vision Benefit is administered by UnitedHealthcare Vision, which offers services through a network of providers at a lower cost. The benefit provides coverage once every 12 months for routine eye exams and glasses or contacts. When you visit an in-network provider, most services will be covered at 100 percent after you pay a copay.
