Over 50% of DoD s first response specialized units come from the National Guard Immediate Response Technologies, Inc. is a prime provider of Decontamination Shelters/Shelter Systems, Command & Control Shelters, Casualty Management Shelters and versatile S-9 shelters to all the National Guard first response units The National Guard and Army Reserve have over 13,000 Powered Air Purifying Respirators(PAPRS) from IRT At the request of J39 National Guard Bureau, the Alaska Army National Guard and other organizations IRT has developed rapidly deployable camps for units varying in size from 50, 100, 200, and 60 personnel COMPANY PROPRIETARY 7

New Products (cont.) - Adapter Kits IRT has the capability of adapting the National Guard Kit, the M53 mask and the M40 mask to meet the CBRN Cap1 standards at a fraction of the cost of buying new kits and/or masks - IRT has been awarded the contract by U.S. Army TACOM to make the filters for the M53 mask - IRT has passed the NFPA 1994 Class 3 Certification with the Blauer and Kappler CBRN Protection Suits, combining it with our NIOSH Certified CBRN CAP 1 C420 PAPR System to create an ensemble - IRT is working with the National Guard Bureau, JTF Civil Support and the Alaskan Army National Guard to develop various types of sustainment camps (See the following slides) - IRT is working with the Canadian National defense forces to create a customized Mass Decontamination System COMPANY PROPRIETARY 8

Fire Departments & EMS Units IRT shelters and powered air purifying respirators (PAPRS) are used in thousands of fire departments, EMS units, hospitals and police units across the country. Examples include the fire departments at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, U.S. Army Pacific and Schofield Barracks on the island of Oahu and the Loudoun County EMS units in Virginia The above mentioned base fire departments all have our two-line systems which include: 3 Two line decontamination shelters with basins 10 Conveyor belts w/backboards, Water Heaters, Lights and floor risers COMPANY PROPRIETARY 22

Fire Departments & EMS Units At the request of the Loudoun County, VA EMS unit IRT developed a specially made ISOPOD to help the EMS personnel combat the problem of chemical off-gassing from chemical suicides. This custom made ISOPOD contained special features; - A two filter system and A/C & D/C connectivity, enabling the unit to be used 24/7 - A custom bottom slit for small EMS backboards - Carrying handles - Extra long gloves, including a set at the head portion for intubation - Ability to connect directly to the vehicle oxygen system COMPANY PROPRIETARY 23

HRF Rapidly Deployable Camp The camp is designed to support 600+ personnel for a Homeland Response Force (HRF) The camp will contain shelters for billeting, messing, showers, latrines & Command and Control Using 8 teams of 7 personnel each, the entire camp can be set-up in less than 3 hours The camp is designed to breakdown into three separate yet fully functional 200 person camps, ideal for 3 CBRN Enhanced Response Force Packages, (CERF-Ps) COMPANY PROPRIETARY 26
