Industry Overview O2O, an abbrevia-on for Online To Offline, is now an increasingly popular business model in China that combines the online shopping and the front line transac-ons. The business adop-ng an O2O mode usually provides informa-on, services, booking discount and push the messages to Internet users, who in return will be converted into the customers of the par-cular offline business partners. The business model is par-cularly suitable to consumer goods and services, such as food and beverage, fitness, movies and beauty salon.
