Minimum coverage is $20,000 Spouses: $5,000 increments to a maximum of $250,000 not to exceed 50% of employee s coverage. Minimum coverage is $10,000 Child(ren): $10,000 New hires who enroll within their ini al eligibility period are Guaranteed to be issued coverage up to $180,000 for employee and $50,000 for spouse.
