Inn on 5th Construction is complete on the new building that will serve as an extension to The Inn on 5th in downtown Naples. DeAngelis Diamond Construction, in conjunction with Stofft Cooney Architects, completed construction on the 40,000 sq.ft. project in December of 2012. The new three-story building is located directly across Fifth Avenue South from the existing hotel. The first floor is Boston Proper women s apparel and a Chase Bank branch, while the two upper floors serve as an extension to the hotel. The hotel recently received the prestigious Four- Diamond rating from AAA. Commercial Projects _01
DDCI completes its second downtown project this quarter Robb & Stucky International _01 DeAngelis Diamond completed construction on the new Robb & Stucky International building in downtown Naples, FL. This two-story, 70,000 sq. ft. furniture showroom was designed in transitional West Indies style to integrate with the existing architecture in downtown Naples. This is the second Robb & Stucky International store to open in Southwest Florida since January 2012. Our hardworking team continues to show its dedication to client satisfaction and because of this, clients like Chase Bank continue to entrust their projects to us. DDCI recently completed the new 65,000 sq.ft. Gold Coast Salad facility, a food manufacturing and cold storage warehouse. The facility houses refrigerated manufacturing and distribution areas along with 15,000 sq.ft. of cooler and freezer storage, finished offices, and lab space for product development and testing.
_01 Terracina Grand ALF This project is a new two-story 55 unit, 64 bed Memory Care Facility located in Naples, FL on the existing Goodman Group campus. Project includes a courtyard with trellis, walking paths, and water features. Awarded contracts GFS Marketplace DDCI was awarded the contract to build a new Gordon Food Service (GFS) Marketplace on Naples Blvd. in Naples, FL. GFS Marketplace is a retailer of restaurant-quality foods and supplies that are available to the public in individual and case quantities with services that will provide a new shopping venue for local families and businesses. Treviso Bay Lifestyle Center This 23,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center will be constructed in the Lennar community TPC Treviso Bay. The project consists of a single story fitness center, pool and equipment, pool cafe, pool restrooms, and tennis courts. Covenant Presbyterian Church DeAngelis Diamond was recently awarded the 30,000 sq.ft Covenant Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall and Classroom Building in Naples, FL. 01 Construction well under way on the 126 bed Discovery Village ALF at the Forum This project is a 126 bed, 115,000 sq. ft. multi-story assisted living facility located on a 6.5 acre site in the Forum community in Fort Myers, FL. The project includes three buildings with facilities for Alzheimer s, Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Rehabilitation. Arthrex Manufacturing Facility in Ave Maria nearing completion Our commitment to client satisfaction and lasting relationships are some of the reasons clients like Arthrex continue to entrust us with their projects. In recent years, we have constructed the Arthrex Corporate Headquarters in Naples as well as multiple expansion and renovation projects for the company. We are currently constructing the new Arthrex Manufacturing facility in Ave Maria, FL. Thanks to great team work between DDCI s team members and its subcontractors, this 198,000 sq. ft. facility is nearing completion in just ten (10) short months. The project was also selected for DeAngelis Diamond Construction s Safety Excellence Award.
_02 Healthcare Projects DDHG completes 40-bed Rehabilitation Hospital DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group (DDHG) recently completed construction on the 48,000 sq. ft. Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Designed by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini Architects, this freestanding 40 bed post-acute healthcare facility will provide rehabilitation services for patients with functional deficits as a result of debilitating illnesses or injuries. The hospital is located on a 7 acre site with 40 patient beds, a large therapy gym, a transitional learning suite to prepare patients for returning home, a therapy pool with locker rooms, a full service kitchen and dining area, pharmacy, and administrative and support offices.

_02 DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group goes International Construction is underway for DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group s first international project, Health City Cayman Islands. This Design/Build project consists of a 140-bed acute care hospital, that will be a center-of-excellence in cardiac, cardiology and orthopedic surgery. This first phase is on a fast-track schedule and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2014. _03 I just wanted to express the extreme appreciation and satisfaction from our members, board of directors and the management team of Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club for the tremendous accomplishment of remodelling our clubhouse by Build. Dave Kackle COO Kelly Greens BUILD Projects BUILD recently completed their second renovation for Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers, FL. The project included changing the clubhouse layout to provide for additional seating. Ceilings were improved to enhance style and acoustics. The lobby, bathrooms, bar, lounge, and Grille room were all extensively renovated and all elements were accomplished without expanding the footprint of the existing building. The project was successfully completed in 3.5 months in collaboration with Humphrey Rosal Architects, Club Design Group, and the Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club Association.
_03 65 year old First Baptist Church converted into steak house Over the past 6 months, BUILD has completed an extensive renovation of the 4,700 sq.ft., 65 year-old original First Baptist Church in downtown Naples, FL. The project included adding a new high-end dining area with interior and exterior full service bars, as well as a full service commercial kitchen. Part of the roof was removed and re-installed to achieve a large vaulted chapel ceiling. Flood proofing of walls and new waterproof slab was placed throughout to accommodate FEMA flood proofing regulations. The entire parking lot was resurfaced and new pavers were installed along with all new landscaping. BUILD worked in collaboration with Kukk Architecture & Design, Don Stevenson Design, and Wegman Design Group toward a successful on schedule completion. Chapel Grill opened for business on November 5th and is owned and operated by Stephen Fleischer.
_03 The Royal Palm Chocolate project included a 4,600 sq.ft. interior renovation and expansion of the existing warehouse, completed in just 50 days. Royal Palm Chocolates is a local chocolatier, creating beautiful, delicious, handcrafted chocolates in gourmet flavors. Lexington Country Club Tiki Bar & Pro Shop BUILD recently completed their 8th project with Lexington Country Club in Fort Myers, FL. In just under 2.5 months, BUILD did a complete renovation of the club s existing 1,500 sq.ft. Tiki bar, including the kitchen, and a brand new conventional framed, synthetic thatch roof.
_03 Naples Lakes Country Club - Construction is almost complete for the 28,000 sq.ft. interior renovation and clubhouse expansion. Includes new/expanded kitchen and dining area, an indoor/outdoor bar and pro shop. This month the construction team, led by David Arent received Build s quarterly Safety Excellence Award. With the complexity of this renovation project, there were possible safety risks, however, the team demonstrated a high measure of safety compliance throughout the project. Little Luxe Waterside Shops in 30 short days, BUILD did a complete Interior Build-Out for Little Luxe s second store location at the Waterside Shops in Naples, FL. Little Luxe, an exclusive children s clothing boutique, hired BUILD again, after successfully completing the renovation of their shop on 5th Avenue in downtown Naples, FL. Arthrex Logistics Center - 40,000 sq.ft. office renovation of the 2nd floor of their logistics center in Fort Myers, FL. This is BUILD s 9th project with Arthrex, Inc. Animal Oasis BUILD Is currently constructing this 3,900 sq.ft. state-of-the-art veterinary office, scheduled to be completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
