This project reviewed the prescribing practices of dabigatran at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center to ensure the VA s Criteria for Use of Dabigatran was being appropriately utilized. Additionally, this project aimed to identify the incidence of bleeding events in patients on dabigatran and assess patient risk factors associated with increased bleeding. 2011 Impact of a clinical pharmacist in a collaborative practice agreement on A1C in indigent patients with type 2 diabetes Jackson J, Arnold S, Clauson A. Professional Activities 2011 Script Your Future Day Participated in a medication adherence event hosted by Congressman Bill Posey in Viera, FL. The campaign focused on raising awareness among the public regarding the importance of medication adherence. At the event, we conducted medication therapy management sessions, blood pressure screenings, and answered patients questions. Spring, Fall 2011 Gregory Leadership Council Meeting Represented the student body of the Lloyd L. Gregory School of Pharmacy at the biannual meeting. This meeting is attended by many local and national leaders in pharmacy who meet to direct the future of the Lloyd L. Gregory School of Pharmacy.
