He is responsible for supervising the Chemists at KMEP's seven laboratories (Colton [2], Concord, El Paso, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Watson). Russ prepares the pipeline specifications and manages the KMEP detergent and red dye additive programs. He can answer questions relating to product quality, transition periods, oxygenated fuels, RVP, CARB and EPA diesels, etc. Walter Kratochvil, Assistant Manager-Quality Control Office: (714) 560-4852 Cell Phone: (714) 231-0131 Walter assists Russ Kinzig in all areas of Qualtity Control and assumes overall responsibilities in Russ absence. Walter is also assigned special projects relating to Quality Control and Kinder Morgan s laboratories. M. R. INVENTORY SYSTEMS T.A. (Tom) Hooks, Manager - Inventory Systems Office: (714) 560-4841 Cell Phone: (714) 231-0130 Tom serves as the liaison with KMEP s Information Systems Department. He is responsible for maintaining databases related to customer codes, location codes and product codes. Tom supervises the maintenance of customer inventories, TMS files and additive accounting. Rasjida Mizerak, Additive Administrator Office: (714) 560-4844 Rasjida is responsible for coordinating KMEP s community and proprietary additive programs and red dye injection programs. R.D. (Monty) Asuncion, Inventory Administrator Office: (714) 560-4847 Monty distributes the weekly and monthly schedules, weekly and monthly stock reports, the weekly military report and the DOE report. Monty also handles revisions to the customer contact address, telephone and fax list and works on the weekly and monthly stock reports. A. L. (Tony) Stern, TMS Administrator Office (714) 560-4853 Tony coordinates and maintains customer records and databases related to the Terminal Management System (TMS) necessary for access to unattended truck loading facilities. He also serves as a liaison between customers and terminal operations personnel. J. (Janeen) Olson, Pipeline Analyst Office (714) 560-4814 Janeen works as the analyst on the Calnev system. ORANGE CONTROL CENTER In case of emergency, you may contact the Control Center if you need to reach Products Movement personnel. EMERGENCY NUMBERS: (213) 624-9461 or- (213) 624-9462 The Control Center is manned 24 hours. Four Pipeline Controllers are on duty at all times. The areas of responsibility are as follows: Lead Console: (714) 560-4839 The Lead Console oversees and supports all other Controller Consoles. North Console: (714) 560-4840 The North Console handles the North Line, the Stockton Line, the Fresno Line and the Bakersfield Line. West Console: (714) 560-4845 The West Console handles the West Lines and the San Diego Line. East Console: (714) 560-4850 The East Console handles the East Line, the San Jose Line, the Brisbane Line and the Oregon Line.
