COMPANY PROFILE PELICAN COMPANY LIMITED, Vung Tau 2013

Page 2 1. About Us Based in the city of, and established in 2010 by the professionals in their field of expertise, Pelican Company Limited provides superior positioning, navigation and offshore site survey services for oil & gas projects in Vietnam and SEA region. Pelican Co., Ltd. brings a fresh and innovate approach to survey services. Our company aspires to maximize the efficiency in performance of the work from economical and technical points of view. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service, increased flexibility and lower cost, thus optimizing system functionality and performance. Our staff has an excellent functional and technical expertise combined with practical experience, thereby ensuring that our clients receive the most effective and professional service. Founded by professionals in their work, Pelican Co., Ltd. brings to its work many years of experience in operating the complex navigational, geophysical and geotechnical equipment. 2. Specialization Currently, we perform the following types of work, constantly expanding this list: Positioning of drilling rig and anchor-handling vessels during rig moving operations (DGPS) As an individual field we have extensive experience in precise positioning of drilling rigs jack-ups and semi-submersibles and handling their anchors, utilizing DGPS systems such as C-Nav, Veripos, and Fugro StarFix. Operation of these systems by our company is based on an understanding of the principles of their work, knowledge of hardware and software. A thorough testing of equipment is always performed prior to work commencement. All necessary calibration procedures are performed with maximum possible thoroughness. Accuracy of work is our first priority. During the positioning operations, our company provides the Customers with all possible information on the situation around the handled facility and any slave objects, specifically subsea and seabed features. We use maps of the underwater environment, obtained with the side scan sonars, survey grade echo-sounders, ROV and other methods.

Page 3 Positioning of floating facilities during towing and installation (DGPS) As with drilling rig positioning we have good experience in operating radio equipment and telemetry systems during towing and installation of any floating facilities such as accommodation barges, barges with newly fabricated platform top-sides, etc. We make extensive use of equipment such as radio modems to manage the anchor handling process remotely fixing the position of anchor buoys and managing the position of any other supporting floating facilities objects. We specialize of navigation software with Telemetry system support, such as HYDROpro and QINSy. Environmental and leveling data can also be collected prior to, during and after towing and installation operations. Positioning of divers and remotely operated vehicles (ROV) during subsea construction and inspection projects (DGPS, USBL) Our surveyors and engineers have extensive experience in operation and maintenance of subsea navigation and acoustic positioning systems such as Ultra-short Base Line (USBL) systems manufactured by Sonardyne, LinkQuest, Applied Acoustics. Real-time subsea positioning of divers and ROVs during construction projects and inspection surveys is essential for safety of people and accuracy of the performed operations. Our exclusive methods of calibration and improved accuracy of underwater positioning systems can reduce the calibration time and reduces the costs of operation of these systems. Single-beam and multi-beam bathymetry and side scan sonar surveys for jack-up and semi-submersible drilling rig installation sites, coastal lines, harbors and ports (seabed featuring, wreck identification, etc) Using the most up-to-date technology in seafloor mapping and imaging our employees have successfully performed a number of projects searching and identifying lost objects at the seabed. The applied Side Scan Sonar and precision Single- and Multi-Beam Echo- Sounders allow us to identify such objects as containers, drill pipes, various-shape metal structures, automobile tires (fenders) lying at the sea bottom and that could present a hazard for offshore works. We have a vast experience using the Side Scan Sonar for mapping a complicated subsea situation, like in vicinity of an old platform with numerous debris, cable loops and other features. Our echograms obtained with the most up-to-date technology provide a highest possible level of digital imaging. The result of bathymetric surveys is to build high-precision depth maps presented in a form and at a scale convenient to the customer. We use the most advanced technology of processing the data obtained by an echo-sounder and three-dimensional visualization to present the results to satisfaction of our customers.

Page 4 Magnetometric surveys (search for buried metallic objects, submarine cables and ordnance) Finding metallic (ferrous) objects at and below the surface of the seabed is sometimes a critical part in development of nearshore or offshore locations with known history of hostilities, suspected lost objects or existing sub-seabed pipelines or cables. Using modern magnetic detection equipment and applied practice, experience and scientific understanding of how it works, allows obtaining excellent results. Using the most advanced processing software and visualization of magnetic data, we have achieved excellent results in the detection of metallic objects at the seabed, including UXO (Unexploded Ordnance). Performance of field work and data quality control (QC) at similar projects Based on our key personnel s many years of experience of offshore projects we are pleased to offer our services in planning, managing offshore operations and independent quality control (QC). Besides the above survey operations we also offer onshore services: Data processing, interpretation and reporting Data processing and interpretation very often are required as stand-alone services and we would be glad to render our assistance in this. A high priority for us in data processing and interpretation field is providing a most intuitive visualization and comprehensive survey results with individual approach to each Client and specific requirements. Along with the traditional ways of data results presentation we use the latest imaging technology and 3D modeling. Project design & engineering, equipment selection / provision / installation, survey personnel recruitment Aside of the field works and at your specific request and with given initial requirements we can select for you the necessary set of survey equipment, recommend on the most suitable manufacturers and models, assist in purchase order compilation, perform or supervise the installation, recruit the survey or QC personnel involving all our experience in similar projects. 3. Equipment We work closely with major equipment manufacturers around the world and their dealers, and suppliers specifically in Singapore establishing shipment routes to secure the fastest delivery of the most up-to-date survey equipment to support the projects requiring large sets of equipment.

Page 5 Pelican Co., Ltd has sufficient resources to perform complicated hydrographic projects. We constantly increase quantity of the equipment in the Company property. Currently the company works with the following types of the equipment: DGPS Fugro StarFix DGPS RTK positioning equipment Trimble receivers C-Nav DGPS Veripos DGPS Navigation Software QPS QINSy Fugro Star Fix EIVA Trimble Hydro Pro Hydrographic Equipment ODOM Echotrac DF 3200 MKIII (II) dual frequency survey echo-sounder Sonardyne Fusion USBL system Reson SeaBat 7125 or 8101 MBES R2Sonic 2022 or 2024 MBES LinkQuest TrackLink USBL system Applied Acoustics Easy Track USBL system Geophysical Equipment C-Max CM2 side scan sonar EdgeTech 4200 side scan sonar Applied Acoustic AA300 boomer and Squid 2000 sparker sub-bottom profiling systems GeoAcoustics GeoPulse pinger system SES 2000 parametric sub-bottom profiler Geometrics G882 magnetometer Marine Magnetics SeaSpy magnetometer 4.
