The goal of MEASURE Evaluation is to build global capacity for collecting, analyzing and using health data for better health outcomes. This project is a cooperative agreement with a $181 million ceiling. USAID (2011) Served as the Capacity Building and Training expert for Phase II of the MEASURE Evaluation Mid- Project Evaluation. Evaluated and reported on the sustainability of capacity building and training activities at national, organizational, team and individual levels for this global health project. USAID (2009) - Served as Team Leader for the Leadership, Management and Sustainability Mid-Term Evaluation Project in 2009. LMS is a global project designed to build health leadership and management capacity in health systems around the world.
