Human Resources Learning Enrollment and Completion Subject Area The Learning Enrollment and Completion subject area monitors learning program utilization and employee learning enrollment and completion rate. It helps the Learning department and business leaders to assess delivered learning hours, courses with high enrollment, courses in demand, and the effectiveness of learning on employee development, performance and retention. This subject area has no integration to Oracle Learning cloud. A universal adaptor is available to upload and integrate learning system data with HR and talent data in the HR Analytics data model. Key Business Questions This subject area can be used to answer business questions such as: How many learning hours have been delivered by job function, by department, by geography, and by tenure? How many learning courses are available and by learning type? Examples: ILT, VILT, WBT, Blended Learning, and so on. What is the percentage of employees who have enrolled in learning courses? By organization? By region? By job? How many total courses/sessions have been delivered? How many instructor-led training courses and hours have been delivered? How many e-learning course and hours have been delivered? What is the average number of completed learning hours per employee? By organization? By region? By job? What is the learning completion rate by learning type? What s the learning completion rate of new hires? How is employee performance correlated with learning investment? Does investment in employee learning have an impact on employee retention? Enterprise Calendar is a configurable reporting calendar that can be mapped to either a fiscal calendar or a calendar generated in the warehouse. Enterprise Calendar enables cross-functional reporting between HR, Finance or other analytical subject areas. A folder that organizes the major hierarchies available for inclusion in analyses. The hierarchy of supervisors within the organization. Use this hierarchy for management chain reporting and analysis. Top Level Supervisor is the top level of the supervisor hierarchy whereas Level 16 is the bottom level. The hierarchy of positions within the organization. Top Level Position is the top level of the hierarchy whereas Level 16 is the bottom level. Special Considerations Supervisor hierarchy levels display only employees who have direct reports. Supervisor hierarchy does not display the name of non-manager direct reports. The node Direct Report includes the total number of direct reports regardless if the direct report has direct reports.
