In order to support you with this, you will be placed in a small learning group (cohort) for the duration of the programme. Each group will be facilitated by a business advisor. I highly recommend this programme to any CFO. The opportunity to work with other talented CFO s in a cohort, facilitated and mentored by experienced Business Advisors while being coached by expert business coaches is not to be missed. When combined with the intellect and insights, passion and communication skills of Stanford Business School, this course provides an unrivalled rounded learning experience. In practical terms, the course also helped me to step outside the business and to see what changes were needed while equipping me with tools to come back and implement. From a personal perspective, it also helped me understand how I could improve my own leadership style and communicate better with colleagues. Aodha O Connor, TV3 I found the program excellent in looking at the role of Finance in providing Strategic Leadership to the organisation. The material covered in the course along with the high quality of the lecturers, invited speakers from different organisations alongside the coaches, cohorts and business advisors provided a great platform for real long-life learning Peter Sheridan, Lakeland Dairies This programme is excellent. It allows the CFO to step outside the everyday pressures and demands and begin to think about his/her business differently. It results in a greater level of engagement with the rest of the business and in ways that are more meaningful. It helped to crystalize those intangibles, Strategy, Alignment and Culture and challenges the CFO to lead and deliver on the outcomes along with the CEO and the rest of the management team. The quality of the people involved from other participating CFO s to team leads is a significant differentiator. Brian Stack, Qumas
