TSG operates from sales offices, showrooms, and workshop with a total of 50 skilled staff including mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil engineers, and technicians, in addition to welltrained marketing staff. TSG has developed a deep understanding of the needs of the construction market and has become an outstanding service house to contractors offering highly developed solutions with all the services and support required.
TSG operates as follows: Sales offices: a highly developed sales department supports TSG business activities and operations. TSG provides consultation to its clients by understanding their needs and solving their problems. TSG has earned a distinguished reputation for its after-sales support, which includes spares, maintenance services, and upgrading of units. Showroom: a different construction and utility equipment are displayed in the showroom for direct sales to the clients. Workshop: a workshop with qualified and experienced technicians and laborers provides state-of-the-art maintenance services for equipment and units. TSG has a mobile workshop, which is on alert for clients calls at any time. Stocks: TSG has a rich stock of spare parts that can be obtained off the shelf.
