So we ve dedicated ourselves to developing the most sophisticated, customisable Collection Management system possible. It records every single feature of every work, from type of medium to category. This comprehensive information is available exclusively to you through a secure web server, including imagery, so that you can access it wherever in the world you or your collection are located. For clients selecting our shared space managed storage option, we do this by creating a unique barcode for each work, which is scanned every time it is moved and when it leaves the warehouse, allowing a full log of your collection s movements to be recorded. It also means we can retrieve your property at a moment s notice. Your collection is precious to us, so we ensure that humidity and temperature are constantly monitored by a sophisticated, integrated Building Management System (BMS). This maintains optimal conditions and provides real-time feedback and control both within the private storage rooms as well as in the shared spaces. Should your property require heated storage, we can provide private storage rooms with separate temperature control.

Inside each room is a permanent hanging system, along with day lamps and easels so you can display each work to its full advantage. Our latest facility has a steel-framed 15m x 4m photographic wall, specially constructed to the same specification as one of the UK s leading private galleries, in front of a 20m x 10m project bay ideal for setting up installations and photographic shoots. Our sophisticated alarm and security systems include Interlock Double Electric Gates enclosed within a three metre palisade fence, topped with security wire on our own private plot of land. Infrared CCTV cameras cover every elevation of the exterior, and the internal electronic security gate is operable only by proximity pass. Our high-specification, self-contained, private climate-controlled rooms feature motion sensors, digital infrared CCTV and Dualtech door detectors. A permanent security force patrols the facility a mobile electronic clocking-in system ensuring that all areas are checked regularly for your peace of mind.

Our London warehouses are fully Customs Bonded, as authorised under the UK Customs Warehousing Scheme, so you don t have to pay a penny as long as your items are in our care. If you wish to move your property from the bonded warehouse, or wish to import property with a view to selling it, our knowledgeable teams are here to advise you on matters relating to duty and tax. We understand that every collector has different requirements so we offer a variety of storage options to fit from your own space, handled by our expertly -trained staff to self -managed units and shared zones. Regardless of your choice, all our clients receive the same exceptional service. Property kept in our private managed rooms is accessible to you, but we barcode and inventory each item for you.
