SAP Conference for Real Estate Management 2015 March 31 April 1, 2015 Mid-America Club Chicago, IL In cooperation with:

WELCOME Join fellow SAP customers to learn how you can innovate and transform your real estate business. These are exciting times for the real estate business. Corporate real estate managers are being forced to handle an increasingly complex portfolio, optimize building occupancy, lower building operating costs, and comply with a broad mix of legal requirements, including financial legal reporting. Commercial real estate managers are under equal pressure to maximize building occupancy, while dealing with major industry shifts impacting them and their tenants. Fact-based analytics are crucial to survive. However, only 28% of respondents in a recent real estate industry study regarded themselves as well equipped to meet the various demands placed on them. To help you deal with these demands, at this year s event we will feature the brand-new SAP Real Estate Cockpit application and SAP HANA Live for Flexible Real Estate Management. We believe this technology could be a game changer for the way decisions are made at all levels of your organization. We will not only show you the new application in detail but also let the SAP Global Facility Management team explain how they deployed it, teach consultants how to implement it, and discuss the fit of the application to your requirements. Additionally, the event will bring you latest trends and facts, provide tips and tricks for successful deployment, and give you concrete opportunities to grow your business. As a keynote speaker, David Wilk from Sperry Van Ness will share his in-depth industry insight. Speakers from CAPREIT, Energy Transfer Company, Public Works Government Services Canada and Transnet Property among others, will share successful solution deployment experiences with you. Representatives from CIDEON, COS-33, NPQ, B4 Consulting, and PROMOS will show you their complementary products and services. You will see demos of applications to manage the corporate workplace, mobile building operations, property visualization, and common area maintenance expense recovery. For more in-depth discussion, pre-conference workshops are available for you to learn how to manage real estate end-to-end and how to handle portfolios visually. Plus, roundtable discussions will provide an opportunity for you to tackle the upcoming International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliance challenge for leases, learn about rapid solution deployment, and share your ideas for potential future innovations. We look forward to seeing you at our event in Chicago and helping you to discover new opportunities to make yours a truly bestrun real estate business. Best regards, Tom Anderson Solution Owner, SAP Christian Krämer Product Owner, SAP 2
