Сайт для обмена автомобилей по trade-in Concept of Work. Examples of Other Similar Websites. Flow Chart. Necessary Elements. Functionality.

Desired Functionality of Site The main function of the website will be to provide new car dealerships with low funnel customers/leads that are ready to buy a new car or truck. The site will be free to the end users. The Website will advertise to get end users to the website. Users can then engage the site by entering non-identifiable information about themselves. Public information such as name & address, email, phone and the type of vehicle they are trading, and the type of vehicle they are interested in. There will be no need for social security numbers or date of birth. End Users can also upload up to 8 pictures of the vehicle they would like to trade. After maneuvering through the site, End Users can then pick and choose, based off of the users zip code, which dealerships they would like to have bid on their trade; up to 5 max. Once this is done, a lead will be generated and sent to the dealerships CRM via an API. In addition to the API leading to dealers CRM, an email will be sent up to 5 additional dealership employees with a link to pictures of the End Users potential trade located within website site. There will need to be two portals. One main portal for website employees to activate and deactivate participating dealers. Additionally, this portal will help to keep track of all dealership accounts and be able to run activity and analytic reports etc. The second portal will be for dealers to log into to view specific trade in pictures. A Dealer Log In and Password section should be visible on all pages of the website. They can also look up their activity and see how many leads they have received from website; filters can be used for dates. Each customer/end user using the system will have a unique identifiable character assigned to them. This will help generate a direct link straight to the website dealer portal, and to that specific customers trade in with the pictures. The dealer can then determine a trade value (appraisal), enter it in the appropriate box labeled Estimated Trade Value and hit a submit button. The end user will then receive an email with that value and the dealership info from which it came. Management at website will then determine whether or not a dealer will be invoiced for a sale of a vehicle that was a direct result from engagement at website every 30 days. This will be accomplished by matching up databases from the dealerships FTP file and website s Customer/End User files.
