Page 1 I. Introduction 1. The Online Accreditation System ( OAS ) is a secure internet accessible application which allows an applicant entity ( Entity ) to submit an application for accreditation to the Green Climate Fund ( Fund ). The applications are received by the Fund via the OAS. A computer utilized for applying through the online accreditation system is required to support one of the major browser software products, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. It is recommended to use the latest version of one of these browser software products to ensure best ergonomics, security and compatibility. The application form is optimized for screen resolutions of 1280*800 pixels or higher. 2. Applicants are provided the option of saving multiple drafts from which they can choose from to submit a final version. Applicants can reopen and revise these drafts at any given time due to the OAS having its storage in a protected Cloud space enabling access from any location or computer. 3. Once a draft is finalized and submitted, it will enter a read-only mode enabling you to view it but not revise it. II. Contacting the Fund s administrator 4. In order to gain access to the OAS, please send an email to accreditation@gcfund.org with an official letter signed by a duly authorized official of the entity with the names and email addresses of persons to whom the Fund is permitted to release OAS account information (including a username and initial password). This letter should be accompanied by documentation acceptable to the Fund evidencing the authority of the signatory. III. Setting your account 5. The Fund generates and issues OAS accounts to Entities, including a username and initial password. The Entity will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its account password and username, all activities that occur thereunder, as well as notifying the Fund of any unauthorized use or other breach of security. IV. Accessing and logging into your account 6. Entities can access the OAS at https://accreditation.gcfund.org/ and log in using the username and the initial password provided by the Fund.

For big file attachments, it is best to utilize a file hosting service and leave a link to which the file is connected. Applicants experiencing network performance issues or wanting to save connection fees are recommended to insert links to big files saved in a hosting service platform. The Fund downloads these files to store them with submitted copy files of applications. Figure 9: Attaching a file 17. Hovering the cursor over the file attached will show the options to Attach, Download, and Remove the file. Figure 10: Attaching, downloading and deleting an attachment file 8.4 Saving your draft 18.
