Comprehend first aid requirements in relation to CBRN response. 6. Comprehend detection requirements in relation to CBRN response. 7. Comprehend command and control requirements in relation to CBRN incident 8. Comprehend the implications of bilateral or multilateral assistance for local first responders. 9. Comprehend the implications of civil military cooperation during CBRN response. 10. Comprehend the capabilities and limitations of local crisis / consequences management structures and key services. 5

EXPECTED OUTCOMES Students to get knowledge on: Methods and technology regarding the protection against, diagnosing effects, detection, decontamination, destruction, disposal and containment of CBRN agents; Threat assessment / Risk management and recovery strategies and technologies; Medical countermeasures against CBRN agents 6

PROJECT OUTCOME Advanced training for First Responders To assist nations improve their civil emergency plans Complement national training systems Implement new technology Enhance interoperability among First Responders 7

To enhance partners security by: synchronizing regional effort in response to a CBRN incident promoting detection, monitoring, identification planning effective CBRN countermeasures, conducting CM operation PROJECT IMPACTS planning CBRN medical measures and enable executing WMD Disablement if necessary 8
