A certain proportion of landlords will always opt to let and manage their own properties, but for many it s not practical to be on hand to deal with any unforeseen maintenance emergencies or oversee the necessary administration involved with a tenancy. international international Overseas marketing Fraser&Cosmopolitan An international approach to property sales and lettings As a company, we were one of the first UK agents to exhibit and sell London properties in the Far East. We regularly hold numerous international property exhibitions to target potential buyers in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China in order to generate maximum exposure for the properties we represent. We have successfully marketed a large number of new-build schemes in this way on behalf of leading developers including Fairview New Homes, Barratt Homes, Galliard, Marcus Cooper Group, Oakmayne, St George PLC and many others. Last year alone we sold several hundred properties through this channel. In addition, we advertise all available properties on Fraser&Co s dedicated Hong Kong website, as well as on GoHome, the number one property site in Hong Kong, and our dedicated PR agency ensures that we take full advantage of editorial opportunities in international publications. Investment potential Sales success London has always been a magnet for international property investors, and given the political and economic turbulence in the world in recent years, an increasing number of domestic and overseas buyers continue to view the central London property market as a safe haven for their money. Rumina Aktar Branch Manager, Paddington Rumina joined Fraser&Co in 2005 and worked her way up to the position of Branch Manager at our extremely busy Paddington office. Kelly Holroyd Branch Manager, Baker Street Kelly joined Fraser&Co in 2005 and is now Branch Manager at the Baker Street office. Kelly is passionate about residential property and has exceptional customer service skills, along with a real talent for motivating her team. She is responsible for all sales and lettings valuations in her local area and managing a team of seven in a very busy and proactive office. Nazim Uddin Branch Manager, Chiswick Prior to joining Fraser&Co in 2006, Nazim worked for a number of the UK s large firms of estate agents as Branch Manager. He played an instrumental role in the launch of Fraser&Co s Chiswick office which grew from an on-site development letting office into a stand-alone operation. Megan Addis Branch Manager, City Megan joined Fraser&Co in 2007 working with a range of developers to bring on lettings stock in South London and continues managing residential lettings in South and East London. Megan s excellent customer service skills and efficient working manner have been fundamental in maintaining important relationships with new and existing landlords. Sam Yakoubi Manager, New Developments Since joining Fraser&Co in 2010, Sam has worked in both lettings and international sales projects before moving in 2012 to the New Homes department, which he now manages. Sam has a busy schedule frequently travelling to Asia for exhibitions and managing a growing team of new homes sales consultants, and remains passionate about finding international buyers the perfect property. Neil Jensen Head of Operations, Hong Kong Neil was appointed Fraser&Co s Head of Operations, Asia, in 2012 and is based in the Hong Kong office. Due to his strong background in property and finance, including 23 years working in one of the UK s largest banks, Neil has featured in many local and international media including the Financial Times, the Daily Telegraph, the BBC and CNBC. An accomplished speaker, he also regular hosts seminars for our clients.
