TOTAL PRO DUCTIVITY TRACK

About Total Productivity Track Total Productivity Track is the leading productivity solution for caregiver s performance in hospitals and clinics in America. Based in Houston, Texas, but available nationwide via the Internet, Total Productivity Track arms directors and managers with the latest tools that combine information and technology and are highly rated by independent healthcare consultants. Total Productivity Track enables ancillary departments and clinics to reduce costs, streamline and automate a procedure to effectively meet their efficiency goals, increase profitability, and enhance staff satisfaction while maintaining the highest quality care. In the past decade ancillary departments evolved from being revenue centers to cost centers because of issues involving insurance reimbursement payments. The revenue side was a given, but the cost side was not manageable. It was difficult to manage cost vs. services profitability, until the process was automated by Total Productivity Track. The online program is a user-friendly system, primarily used two ways: 1. Measures caregiver s direct and indirect time in patient care, in real time, on a daily basis. 2. Provides up to 50 daily management reports on department caregivers productivity. Additionally, Total Productivity Track has vital statistical information on hospitals around the country that can be used for peer group comparison. The information is provided via secure internet connection from a San Antonio data center and complies with all HIPAA requirements. We offer hospitals a tool that can effectively improve productivity and reduce cost per unit of service. Total Productivity Track is unique for several reasons. Most importantly, it is an up-to-the-minute tool, rather than a simple monthly reporting device that summarizes past performance. Total Productivity Track also provides regular personalized feedback directly to the caregivers on their performance. We are dedicated to providing hospitals of all sizes a tool to effectively manage their staff intensive operations, while providing the best care to their patients. page 1

Richard D. Tinsley CEO With more than 40 years of experience, Richard Tinsley is recognized for his professional achievements as a leader in the development of physical therapy contracts for hospitals and clinics. He is credited with creating the first model for management of physical therapy services in hospitals. From the establishment of his first hospital contract in 1965 in Houston, his standards of excellence, quality, and cost effectiveness are benchmarks for the field of physical therapy and rehabilitation services. More than forty years ago, Tinsley recognized the need to provide hospitals with fully staffed and reliably profitable therapy departments. With his first hospital contract in the renowned Houston Medical Center, he began the development of one of the first physical therapy services contracting corporations in America, which became the model for similar companies across the nation. Tinsley Physical Therapy Inc. became one of the largest therapy companies in the country. From initial planning through all operation stages, Richard Tinsley has assisted in the creation of successful, functional physical therapy & rehabilitation departments in conjunction with hospital architects, physicians, and administrators. With the development of Therapy Track, LLC and its Total Productivity Track program, he is revolutionizing the industry again by putting a tool in the hands of managers that can effectively achieve desired staff and individual productivity; expected chargeable units completed and cost targets. Total Productivity Track is unique because it is a daily, real time tool, rather than simply a monthly reporting device that summarizes past performance. Tinsley graduated from Baylor University (Waco, Texas) with a Bachelor of Science in 1961. Recognized as an outstanding basketball player at Baylor, he is a member of the Baylor University Sports Hall of Fame. As an alum, he continues to be a loyal participant and donor in Baylor activities. page 7
