Meet Our Instructor Lloyd D. Watnik, Government Benefits Consultant National public speaker and Federal civilian benefits specialist Lloyd D. Watnik is among the nation s foremost authorities on Social Security, Medicare, and Government retirement benefits. Before retiring in 1994, Mr. Watnik was employed by the Social Security Administration for 27 years (24 years as a Manager). He has been involved in Social Security & Federal Government Benefits for over 41 years (36 years in CSRS). Mr. Watnik has been training Federal employees and lecturing in the private sector since 1972. He is considered one of the foremost authorities on Social Security and Medicare. He is also an epert on Public Law 93-638 (The Indian Sovereignty Act) and can eplain the consequences of tribal preemption of Federal jobs.
