The system was built basing on automatic intelligent detection, motion analysis and recognition servers which send the information about recognized numbers of vehicles to the central server. The central server storing the information in SQL database and makes it available to management stations, simultaneously makes possible the access to the chosen information across the WWW interface. Management station make possible the look over and analysis of recognized numbers. Management station permit also manage of information about wanted vehicles and automatic denotation by the system of detected vehicles about unlisted numbers. From the management station is possible the viewing on quickly chosen cameras and also their remote configuration - if this functionality is thrown open by cameras. The view of the client application video windows The process of the recognition is realized automatically and unattended for standing as and moving vehicles. The system analyzing the images from cameras finds appearing number plates, analyses situated on them sings, recognizes it and records to the database. To every PlateFinder s server exist the possibility of connecting maximally 4 video cameras. PlateFinder server in the on-line mode analyses the images from all cameras connected to him. Recognized numbers are recorded in the central database. Every stored record in the database contains fallowing data: - the number of the vehicle - the date and time of the recognition - the ID of camera - the image of the vehicle with the visible plate number The system can work with the own or external wanted vehicles database. After recognition of the number of the wanted vehicle the operator at once is informed by sound signal and the suitable announcement on-screen. 2

Images with compression (quality 100 images / MB 40%) 1 One device of the ANPR system supports to 4 real-time video channels (4 control zones) or 16 video channels in the multiplex mode. The cycle time of location/recognition lasts to 10 ms for one image frame. This permits to convert globally to 100 frames per second in real-time. The device can be connected to the network. 2 The vertical deflection of the camera cannot be greater than 30 and the horizontal deflection cannot be greater than 20. 3 Main types of arranged in one row number plates of different states are recognizes with the greater efficiency (so for civilian number plates as and special: diplomatic, military, police etc. for every country). Cameras must adapt to changing conditions of the lighting. 5 The database capacity is conditioned of resources of the converting device. For traffic of 2000 vehicles per hour, when the recording register of vehicles is leads, images occupy about 4GB of disc capacity. The data can be recorded in the cycle, after the end of cycle ought it to archive.
