Tickets: 15 /per person The competitors are allowed to go to the audience if there are seats left. If you want to make sure that you have a seat you should buy a ticket. You can also watch the competition from the warm up hall through TV screens. The organizer reserves from request a fixed number of tickets for each country that should be paid for while registrating for the competition on Friday evening. We sincerely wish that each country would reserve tickets for their competitors and spectators at once which would be easier for everyone. You should order your tickets as soon as possible! Tickets can be also paid via bank transfer; if paid in advance to the organizing dance clubs bank account please mention clearly the number of the seats and your name. (No tickets!) Food: You can either buy snacks from the cafeteria or dine at the hotel s restaurant. After the competition there will be a buffet at the hotel which costs 22euros per person and does not have to be ordered in advance. After party: There will be a party on Friday and an after party on Saturday night at the hotel in which there will be 20th Flight Rockers playing live music. There is an age requirement of 18 years to the party as the Finnish alcohol law prevents minors from being at nightclubs. The parties are free for the competitors and for everyone staying at the Kylpylähotelli Rantasipi. As juniors do not have a possibility to take part in the parties held in the nightclub there will be a pool party organized in the hotel s spa so make

sure you bring our swimsuit with you. The pool party will be free of charge for any junior that competed during the day. Other things to take in consideration: There is a possibility to do the early registration at the hotel on Friday between 5pm and 8pm. If you want to do it on the competition day it will be 8am. If you have your own competition music you should bring it with you when registrating well in advance before the competition starts. Please have the music in both CD and USB just to be safe. The competition will be filmed for the Finnish national television channel YLE, a compilation of the competition will be on television a week after the competition. No streaming. You are allowed to film from your seat but make sure you do not interfere the other spectators. If you would like a better space for filming you can reserve a spot for your camera at the cost of 10 euros and should be ordered in advance via email: marja.hietala@baunssi.net A shuttle service will be arranged from the airport or harbour to the competition venue and back if needed. The price for the shuttle will be arranged when we have the number of persons using the shuttle service. You can also travel to Hämeenlinna from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport by bus and/or train. One way ticket by bus from the airport to Hämeenlinna costs approximately 17euros. From Turku you can travel to Hämeenlinna either by bus or train, if traveling by train please note that you will have to change trains once. From Tampere there is a train connection to Hämeenlinna but you will have to travel from the Tampere airport to the city center of Tampere by bus in order to get to the train station. Here you can find more information about the train and bus connections and schedules: www.vr.fi www.matkahuolto.fi There is approximately five kilometers between the Hämeenlinna bus station and the competition venue/hotel and three kilometers between the Hämeenlinna railway station and the competition venue/hotel. You can either walk, take the local busses (bus numbers 2, 13 and 17) or take a taxi.
