Where We Lend Leadership Team Our corporate office is headquartered in Roseville, California, with additional production centers located in Concord & Folsom, California, Portland, Oregon, and Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to our four Regional Fulfillment Centers, we currently have over 200 Retail Branches that work under the Pinnacle Capital Mortgage umbrella, and have over 1,800 employees. We currently lend in: Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Montana, Oregon, Alaska and Washington. Robert Boliard President Robert was principal of Boliard, Takasugi & McBride, LLP ( BTM ), an accounting firm specializing in the mortgage banking industry. BTM performed financial counseling and audits, loan servicing, and compliance audits. Dave Striplin SVP Loan Production Dave has over 24 years experience in the mortgage industry, primarily to develop nationwide production platforms for prime lending. His previous experience includes National Production Manager for Mortgage Investors Group and prior to that, Dave ran the Western division production at Loancity and Fleet Mortgage. Bill Johnson Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bill has 25 years of experience running finance organizations for large and small companies; 13 years in the mortgage banking arena. Bill s day-to-day responsibilities include treasury management functions, account, human resources, payroll, servicing and warehousing. John Gezi Capital Markets John has 21 years of experience in Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets. John s team is responsible for pricing, hedging, trading, loan sales and product development. During these 21 years, John has worked for a depository banking institution, publicly traded companies and privately held mortgage banks.

We are currently licensed in 12 states throughout the Western U.S., and have over 200 retail offices in 11 of those 13 states. PCM currently employs over 1,000 Mortgage Advisors with an additional 800+ support staff working in Branch Locations, Regional Fulfillment Centers and our corporate offices. Southwest Regional Operations Center The Southwest Regional Operations center is located in Phoenix, Arizona. After opening in October 2009, the center has encounted exponential growth in volume and staff. The operations and underwriting staff in Phoenix handles the volume from all office locations within the region: Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. Community Cares is PCM s 401c3 non-profit organization that sponsors one to three foundation(s) that employees vote on annually. It provides monthly drives employees can participate in and provides group activities to support foundations and looks for individuals to help in time of need. Brad Allen Regional Vice President, Southwest Production Center Brad has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, developing mortgage sales and operations teams. His responsibilities at PCM include overseeing day-to-day sales and operations for the Southwest Region which includes the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Scott Doren Regional Sales Manager, Southwest Production Center Scott has over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending ranging from loan origination to Senior Management. Scott s extensive knowledge, understanding of industry rules and regulations, brings value and support to his teams guiding them to success.
