Disclosure Statement 2014 The following information has been reviewed and understood: (Initial 1 thru 5) 1. To reserve a dock for the upcoming 2015 season I must pay a minimum of 25% down prior to the 15 th of November 2014. It is also known that no monies will be collected by Dane s Marine for the City of Mansfield during the Months of December 2014, January and February of 2015. 2. Units covered by the owners, MUST be covered in a manner that will allow movement of the Boat in the event that the unit must be moved for (Safety and/or to access the unit behind). We are not responsible for the re-installation of covers removed to allow access of the handling trailer for movement. 3. I understand that the docking deadline is May 15, 2015. Boats not removed from winter parking area to docks by May 30, 2015 will be subject to $5.00 per day additional charges. 4. Insurance must be maintained by the owner.
