COMPANY PROFILE 2013 STRATEGY We are a customer oriented company, providing our customers with long term optimal solutions for the implementation of information technologies. We aim to be a reliable partner so that our customers can be fully dedicated to their objectives and therefore achieve excellent results in their field of activity. We are fundamentally focussed on a personal approach and communication, highly specialised competency and maximum professionalism which consequently results in long term credibility. ABOUT THE COMPANY IMPROMAT-COMPUTER s.r.o. is a significant provider of infrastructure services in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT). We are able to professionally solve all the standard and individual requirements of our customers regarding information technology from the proposal for the solution, the implementation up to the operation, administration, and renewal up to full outsourcing. We have been operating on the market since 1992. During this time, we have entered into a number of strategic partnerships (HP Preferred Partner Gold, IBM Advanced Business Partner, Microsoft Gold Competency Partner, Symantec Platinum Partner, ) and have received many awards. We currently employ more than 100 staff and our company is established in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We have implemented the ISO 9001:2008 system of quality management for proposal and development, comprehensive supplies and the servicing of information technologies, the ISO/IEC 27001:2006 an information security management system for projects, complex supplies and services in ICT and system of ICT service management ISO/IEC 20000-1:2006. This ensures high long-term proficiency, standardized quality and information security. SERVICE The objective of the service department is to provide good quality and quick servicing to full customer satisfaction. Geographically, we offer servicing for the entire territories of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As for the remaining countries, during the implementation of multinational projects, we cooperate with selected specialised companies which provide servicing in the required range and quality (for example Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Belgium, Netherlands etc). We have available two main service centres for Czech customers (in Zlín and Prague) and twenty regional technical offices located in regional towns. For our customers we have available an integrated contact point - central control which records and coordinates all servicing activities. Such a structure allows us to provide servicing within four hours from reporting, at any location in the CR. A strong partnership with our suppliers helps to ensure customer satisfaction - we are the long-term exclusive service partner of NEC Displays for monitors, plasma screens and projectors; a service partner to the NEC Computer company for personal computers, notebooks and NEC brand servers; partner of INGENICO company for EFT POS terminals and an authorized service partner for Hewlett- Packard with the right to use the titles, HP Authorized Service Delivery Partner and HP Authorized Service Management Partner as well as to provide a comprehensive warranty and after warranty service for the entire product portfolio of the Hewlett-Packard brand and a service partner for the DELL company. The awarding of such titles is conditioned by regular training and certifying of the service staff which are at the same time a guarantee of the high quality of the provided service. For a selected number of customers, we have also entered into a service contract with other leading global manufacturers (IBM, Lenovo...) which allow us to ensure within the project for a specific customer, an identical level of service for any brand of equipment operated by that customer.
OUTSOURCING In the area of customer service, our objective is to offer comprehensive care of the information technology from the moment of delivery and installation, throughout the lifespan up to ecological liquidation. The customer service conditions are always made to measure (hardware, software, network administration, prophylaxes, inventory, migration, ) and are implemented in the standard manner or today in a more demanding manner in the form of outsourcing, where we use our long-term experience in the area of the service offer via this form for large customers (our practical outsourcing experience dates back to 1998). The solution of activities, respectively of their parts in the area of information technology via a form of outsourcing, bring for the customer a number of very important, economic, organisational and good quality advantages. We are able to implement a made to measure solution for each customer. The customer can be sure that the implemented processes are based on ITIL methodology. This allows the customer to describe measure, evaluate and assess individual activities which eventually mean that the customer can disengage from their worries in relation to the operation of the company and instead fully concentrate exclusively on their business activities.
SYSTEM, APPLICATION AND HARDWARE INFRASTRUCTURE One of the main structural elements of our company is undoubtedly system and application infrastructure especially in terms of design, support and service. IMPROMAT-COMPUTER is one of the leading companies on the Czech and Slovak markets in the area of design, distribution and administration of hardware for financial institutions, large companies, public administration and self-government bodies as well as SMB customers. The hardware product portfolio includes a comprehensive offer of Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Dell brands with Unix or Wintel server technology, disc fields including data solutions and systems backup plus desktop, portable computers and printers. In the part of software solutions for system, application and hardware infrastructure we cooperate with leading vendors (Microsoft, Symantec, VMware, Veeam, etc.) and suppliers on a long-term basis. We have an experienced team of certified technical specialists, experts, and project managers. The preferred software solutions include especially management and monitoring of virtual and physical infrastructure and mobile devices, migration of infrastructure versions (servers Microsoft Windows, Exchange, etc.), desktop deployment, security solutions, backup and archiving and another sophisticated solutions. In cooperation with vendors of system, application and hardware ICT infrastructure in the long term we are one of the most successful suppliers of their products with the ability to offer a complete presales and post-sales support. This is a prerequisite for the successful implementation of sophisticated solutions with a high level of service provided for our customers. IMPROMAT-COMPUTER cooperates closely with highly specialized companies on complex solutions, especially in the areas of document management systems - ECM (Enterprise Content Management), identity management - IDM (Identity / Access Management), business process management - BPM (Business Process Management), business software, integration and system services for state and local governments, etc. Within the supplies we cooperate with other companies from IMPROMAT GROUP holding, with which we are involved in the provision of comprehensive services to customers.
CONSOLIDATION, VIRTUALIZATION AND CLOUD COMPUTING The consolidation and virtualization of an ICT environment and cloud computing offers a fundamental change in the view on and the way of thinking about ICT resources. Besides savings, it increases a company s flexibility in the field of ICT resources and services and strengthens a company s competitive advantage with an ability to respond to current market and business conditions. SECURITY TECHNOLOGY Our company activities in the area of information security cover a wide ranging portfolio of customer requirements from the fields of public and state institutions as well as private companies - from managerial aspects, such as formulation of the security policy, risk analysis, preparation of a crisis plan and audit systems for information security up to technical services based on our own processes and software tools and includes several options for penetration tests and security audits for servers. Mobile devices penetrate all business areas much faster than previous technologies. DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ECM) IMPROMAT-COMPUTER also offers solutions in the area of company data management. Company data is often an underestimated source of information. Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions represent options for permanently gaining an overview of all types of records used in the organisation. ECM allows the linking of all the knowledge saved in documents, e-mails, web sources and completed projects. It ensures the complexity of the processes, transparency of activities, and the unification of the process for task processing. We therefore help companies to acquire both maximum and effective information from the company documentation. BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT To ensure that the company processes are simple, we offer help via the Business Process Management (BPM) solution. These systems manage the process across the entire company and simplify cooperation between the people and the systems as well as cooperation with a large number of customers and business partners. Software Asset Management (SAM) is a proven procedure that involves the processes and procedures for managing and optimizing IT assets of the organization.
