General Information The Rosetta Lutetia Fly-By Preparation Workshop shall provide the opportunity for the Principal Investigator Teams and other representatives of the Rosetta Science Working Team to meet and also get together with other scientists of the asteroid community for the scientific preparation of the Rosetta fly-by at its second asteroid target, (21) Lutetia, scheduled for July 2010. The workshop will consist of invited and contributed oral presentations as well as plenary and round table discussions and splinter meetings. There will be a registration fee covering all workshop material, coffee breaks, lunches on the 3 days, and a Social Dinner (the 21st). Registraton Desk will open at 11:00 the 20th. Hotel Information The Meeting will be held at Villa Tuscolana, in Frascati. It is possible to book a room in the same Hotel but ATTENTION, Villa Tuscolana only has a restricted number of rooms, so you should book before the 15th of September. How to get to Hotel Villa Tuscolana Villa Tuscolana is very near Frascati and you can easily walk to the center of the town. The Hotel has a free shuttle service for the day of your arrival and departure STARTING FROM THE CENTRAL PLACE of Frascati. On any other day, the shuttle service to Frascati costs 3euros. Please ask for information when you book your room. Social Dinner A social Dinner will be organized for the night of the 21st of October. The dinner will be at Antica Cantina Comandini in Frascati (you will find more information at the registration desk upon arrival). The dinner is included in the registration fee for participants and has to be booked and payed for hosts at the registration desk upon arrival. Accompanying Persons If you intend to be accompanied, please specify it in our form. For the accompanying hosts, lunches need to be payed aside (21euros) as well as the Social Dinner (50 euros).
