Viewing MT4 interface for mobile After successful login, you will be directed to the home interface, also known as the quotes window. The quotes window can be seen on the right. It contains the following options within the menu bar: Quotes Chart Trade History A. Displaying of Quotes The quotes window is essentially the market watch window for mobile. The default settings select a limited number of currency pairs for display. Figure Five The Quotes Window The currency pairings are all coloured black. The bid (left) and ask (right) values are coloured depending on their most recent price fluctuation. Blue signifies an increase and Red a decrease. The Advanced View Mode provides greater insight of the pairings. Go to Advanced View Mode in the quotes window can be provided by tapping on the screen and selecting Advanced View Mode. If you wish to customise the financial pairings displayed in the quotes window, tap on the screen, select symbols. All pairs offered by DMM FX Australia can now be included or removed from the quotes window. Pairings can be added by clicking the + symbol and removed by tapping on the trash can symbol. Once you have finished your quote window customisation, tap the return button to go back to the quotes window. Figure Six Customising the quotes window B. Charts Chart display is the second button within the menu bar, it displays all client trades. To open a chart window, select the financial instrument from the quote section and proceed to chart. The window provides insight into any positions a trader has taken, regardless of their execution type. In addition to assisting with analysis, the following actions can be performed through MetaTrader: Trade Execution Closing Trades, both partially and completely Trade modification Information on your account position, identifying unrealised profit, account balance, the margin level for the account, etc. Figure Nine Trade Window 4 P a g e

D. History Resembling the Account History terminal in DMM FX s computer platform, the window displays all executed trades. The terminal itself identifies the following: Profit realised on closed trades Itemised trading history, allowing for insight into individual profit and trade time. Any deposits or withdrawals made. Credited total with reference to account. Access to account history in three different time intervals (day, week, and month) is provided. You can also establish a custom period and search for specific financial pairings. Additionally, you can filter your trade history by financial pairing. Figure Ten Account History Window Indicators Prior to placing a trade, indicators can be utilised to determine the future price direction through the analysis of past patterns. Similar to MetaTrader 4, the mobile application includes a vast number of indicators. You can also create and import custom indicators. By Tapping on the chart, you will see a pop up box from where you can choose to manage indicators. The indicator window can also be generated by selecting the f at the bottom of the chart window In both cases you will be directed to the following Indicator window: Figure Eleven Financial pairing options within chart window Figure Twelve Indicator Screen Figure Thirteen Adding Indicators 5 P a g e

In the Indictor window, tap on the + and the list of preinstalled Indicators will open. Tap on the indicator you want to use, set the parameters and confirm by selecting Done in the upper right corner. This is where you can place or remove indicators from the chart. The Main Window area of the page relates to the actual price movement section of the chart. Indicator Window 1 and 2 are simply indicator areas where you can place indicators that do not depend on price values for their data. For instance, Bollinger Bands would show in the main window, while a relative strength indicator would show in one of the supplemental windows. Add an indicator to any of these areas by tapping the blue + to the left of the area s description. Figure Fourteen Indicator Parameters To delete an Indicator from the Chart, open the Indicator window, slide from left to right on the indicator. The delete option will become visible. Confirm your action by tapping delete. Access to all indicators is available within the MetaTrader Navigator. A drop down menu provides access to common indicators such as averages, relative strength index, MACD, etc. In order to choose an indicator to implement on your chart window, select indicators in the navigator and scroll down to the indicator you would like to use. The image on the right indicates The Simple Moving Average (SMA) Indicator. You will need to input the parameters in order to establish an indicator. After technical analysis relating to a specific pairing has been completed, indicators can be removed by clicking the chart window and proceeding to indicators list. Hold down the indicator, then delete. Once deleted, the indicator will be removed. There is no limit on the number of indicators that can be implemented on a given chart window. Figure Eighteen Digital Receipt Modifying an Order To modify a particular order, traders are required to open the trade window and hold down the order to modify. Doing so will open a screen from which you can proceed to modify the order. As can be seen in the image on the right, orders can only be modified to incorporate a stop loss and take profit. Closing orders partially can only be performed from the initial trade window. A modification can be confirmed by tapping the order. Closing an Order When closing an order, you will need to proceed to the trade window and identify which method of closing you require.
