DC TRANSACTION elmond STRUCTURE & PROPOSAL JLL is exclusively retained by vendor to market the subject property. Only by JLL and vendor selected parties will receive the underlying Investment Memorandum. The property will be sold and transferred "as is and where is" to the Buyer and will be accepted "as is and where is" by the Buyer in the legal, environmental and technical condition that the property is in on the date of transfer with all visible and invisible defects and with the actual use.
