InterMountain Management 2390 Tower Drive Monroe, Louisiana 71201 (318)998-3013 www.intermtn.biz is a family-owned company focused on the development, third-party management, and renovation of select service and extended stay hotels across the U.S. With more than 70 properties and almost 7,000 rooms across the U.S., hotel owners, developers, and guests have come to recognize the InterMountain difference. Over 30 years of experience in the hospitality space have made InterMountain a mainstay in the industry and our portfolio is constantly expanding. InterMountain properties include 17 different brands within the industry s leading hotel franchise systems. InterMountain is a company with a relentless focus on the details. We have won numerous awards for the close partnerships we have forged with the leading brands, for the high level of service and customer satisfaction we have delivered, and for the quality of the hotels we build and operate. At InterMountain, we understand that people matter. From providing unparalleled customer service to our guests, to ensuring that our operators and developers achieve and exceed their business objectives, InterMountain has set the standard of quality in the hotel industry for 30 years. And because we know that the ultimate measure of success is your success, we manage your property like it is our own. At InterMountain, we think like owners. We manage like owners. We are owners. The hotel industry is built on relationships. And establishing productive, long-lasting relationships with owners, developers and guests has been a key element of the InterMountain culture since our beginning 30 years ago.

Operations Because we own 50% of the properties we manage, InterMountain brings a unique perspective to the operational challenges facing owners in today s highly competitive hotel market. Combining our thirty years of hotel management experience with the latest in hotel management software, the InterMountain operations team knows how to maximize both top and bottomline results. Applications like labormanagement tools allow us to review performance daily, while advanced flowthrough financial software ensures that our general managers bring as much income to the bottom-line revenue as possible, regardless of top-line performance. And to further drive down costs, InterMountain aggressively negotiates supplier pricing, bringing the lowest possible product and service costs to every hotel in our portfolio. Operational excellence at InterMountain extends to all aspects of brand management. By meeting regularly with all brand representatives, we ensure that our owners are kept abreast of all national changes and initiatives. And through our long relationships with the leading brands in the industry, we have developed a deep knowledge base of brand standards and guest satisfaction benchmarks. Because of our long-standing partnerships, brand representatives themselves regularly recommend InterMountain management to owners. The InterMountain Operations team has a long history of success in the hospitality industry, and as both owners and managers of leading brands across the country, we look forward to sharing our successes with you.

Sales An integral component of hotel profitability is a highly strategic approach to sales and marketing. At InterMountain Management, we provide an incomparable level of sales support to our owners. And that support begins with hiring high performing sales people, providing them with ongoing training, and setting attainable but aggressive goals to ensure that annual sales targets are maximized. Our top priority is increased revenue, both in our own properties, as well as those we manage. At InterMountain, we take a comprehensive approach to sales and marketing, involving the entire hotel staff to consistently improve performance and profits. We believe that every hotel employee needs to understand how to generate revenue and lead the competitive set. The more knowledge our employees have, the better we perform as a team to produce the best possible results. Sales training at InterMountain doesn t end once a property is operational. Through our regional sales training program, we provide a depth of support that is unmatched in the industry. Our trainer visits properties regularly to ensure that everyone, from the sales team, to front desk personnel, to hotel staff understand how to communicate with guests to drive repeat business and increase revenue. By understanding the unique characteristics of every hotel, InterMountain capitalizes on individual competitive advantages to create market leaders and profitable properties. Our training department works closely with regional sales and operations teams to ensure we maximize brand sales opportunities. And our regional trainer meets regularly with sales and marketing staff to review sales efforts and results at each of our properties.

Development InterMountain s growth is primarily focused on two areas: in-house development of company-owned projects and providing third-party hotel management support. The majority of our hotel portfolio consists of InterMountain-owned properties. For over 30 years, InterMountain has partnered with the industry s leading brands to develop high quality prototype hotels in great locations. And as one of the more active development companies in the select-service and extended-stay segments, we are focused on identifying hotel markets and sites that fit our development strategy. Through our broad geographic reach, we assist owners in selecting the brand best suited to their specific market and site. Our third-party property management philosophy is centered on creating strong relationships with each of our business partners to ensure long-term shared success. InterMountain manages properties for owners with a wide variety of backgrounds. And because we combine a deep understanding of their goals and challenges with consistent communication between management and individual properties, our owners regularly report high levels of satisfaction with InterMountain performance. A key difference between InterMountain and other management companies is that we are both owners and third-party operators. With over thirty years of experience in hotel operations, InterMountain brings a depth of knowledge that adds real value to the third-party owner relationship while driving superior property performance. Our team strives to improve the top line by minimizing costs to drive maximum profitability. InterMountain is consistently recognized by the industry s leading brands as a best-in-class developer and operator. Awards received include: Marriott s Partnership Circle Award (recognizing Intermountain as one of Marriott s top 10 franchisee s in the U.S.), Hilton/Hampton Inn & Suites Circle of Excellence and Spirit of Hampton awards, Hyatt s Strategic Partner Award, and GM of the Year awards (by Element by Westin and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott). For hotel owners with whom we have a management relationship, we offer a turnkey development and project management option beginning with the conceptual stages through hotel opening.
