PJM Interconnections: Providing project management and overall technical support to PJM in the planning and implementation of synchrophasor technology and integration of synchrophasor data from twelve transmission owners into the PJM system. Snohomish County PUD: led the efforts in helping the PUD craft solution architecture for advanced DMS/OMS, including integration with EMS/SCADA and enterprise systems, develop system specifications, and evaluate vendors and products. Southern California Edison: supported the synchrophasor system architecture, including advanced operation planning and control applications, and their integration with EMS/SCADA and within the SCE IT architectural framework and infrastructure services. Taiwan Power: AMI pilot, architecture and design reviews, test plan and testing review, demand response study. Tallahassee Utilities: MDM requirements development and integration manager, design reviews, test plan and testing support. Tata Power Delhi Distribution, Ltd.: Led smart grid roadmap and feasibility study, including strategy development, enterprise architecture, gap assessments, implementation plan, cost/benefit analysis and business case, technical specifications for AMI/MDM, enterprise service bus, field force automation, business intelligence and data analytics. Department of Energy: helped develop architecture framework and requirements for the Department of Energy (DOE) North American SynchroPhasor Initiative network (NASPInet).
