Moderator Jane-Astrid More Director SPC-IR Jane-Astrid is recognised as one of the leading IR professionals in London. She has spent the last 20 years specialising in investor relations and advising corporates across the Nordic Region, providing international best practice advice and implementation. Many of her current mandates involve equity story messaging, presentation coaching for senior management, sentiment perception research, benchmarking analyses, as well as Capital Markets Days and institutional marketing. SPC IR was established in January 2014 and is a division of Strategy and Policy Consultants Network (SPC Network), the international competition economics consultancy, based in the UK. Speakers Inge K. Hansen Chairman Gjensidige Group ASA & Deputy chairperson Norsk Hydro ASA Inge K. Hansen (1946) has been Chairman of the Board of Gjensidige since 2008. He is also Chairman of the Board of NorSun AS, Harding AS, Troms Kraft AS and Nets AS, and Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Hydro. He was elected Chair of the Year in Norway and the Nordic Countries in 2012. Hansen has previously been an executive vice president in Statoil and CEO of Aker Kværner. He is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Klaus-Anders Nysteen CEO Lindorff Klaus-Anders Nysteen joins Lindorff from his position as CEO at Entra ASA, one of Norway s leading commercial real estate companies, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2014. His previous positions include Managing Director of Storebrand Bank ASA 2006-2010 and CFO of Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, 2010-2013, where he led IPO-process when the company was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2010. Nysteen s broad experience also includes the roles as CFO and acting CEO at Posten Norway and at Hydro Seafood, as well as different positions within the Norwegian Armed Forces. Trond Brandsrud CFO Aker ASA Trond Brandsrud (born 1958) joined Aker ASA in April 2010 after three years as CFO in Seadrill Limited. Prior to joining Seadrill in 2007, Mr. Brandsrud worked for Royal Dutch Shell for more than 20 years. At Shell, he held several key finance positions in Norway as well as internationally. He also has extensive experience from major offshore field development projects and held several senior management roles in Shell s upstream and downstream sectors. Mr. Brandsrud has a MSc degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Hugo Sanders Head of Corporate Access Norges Bank Investment Management Hugo Sanders is currently Head of Corporate Access at Norges Bank Investment Management. He joined NBIM in August 2013. Previously he worked for 2 years at Barclays Capital within their corporate access team and at J.P.Morgan for 7 years working within depositary receipts and trading. He has a Master Degree in Business Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
Christer Roth Analyst DNB Markets Christer Roth has worked as an analyst of the TMT sectors at DNB Markets since 2010. He has worked mainly on technology, media and telecom companies since 1997, as an analyst, manager and in investment banking at Carnegie, Centra Klaveness Forvaltning and Merrill Lynch. Roth holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath (1997) and a MSc in Finance from London Business School (2001). Roth is ranked no. 1 on IT and no. 3 on Telecom in Prospera for 2014. Peter Hutton SVP CFO Investor Relations Statoil ASA Peter started as Head of Investor Relations at Statoil, and has 30 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, having worked in the industry itself and then as an analyst on both the buy-side (as an investor) and the sell-side (advising major funds). He spent the first 12 years of his career with BP, beginning in sales and business management in the downstream before moving to corporate planning, M&A and financial positions in the group. In 1998, he became oil analyst at Irish Life in Dublin, and has held various positions including Bernstein Investment Research & Management, HSBC Saudi Arabia and RBC Capital Markets. He was head of Research at Union Bancaire Privee in Geneva, and at NCB in Dublin and London. He was ranked in the top three in analyst performance on all his stocks on Bloomberg, in 2012, 2103 and 2014 until moving from RBC. Peter has an MA in Modern History from Oxford, is married and has two children. John Gollifer General Manager The Investor Relations Society John Gollifer has been General Manager and a director of the UK s Investor Relations Society since 2012. Prior to that, John spent 11 years as Senior Vice President and Head of IR at the Singapore Exchange where his roles at different times also included heading up corporate strategy, marketing and communications. John s formative years were spent with Barclays and ABN Amro Rothschild in corporate finance and equity capital markets in Asia and Europe before joining BNP Paribas as a director. John has a BA Hons from Loughborough University, an MBA from Henley Business School and he taught his own IR course at the Singapore Management University from 2009-12. Jørn Syvertsen IRO Borregaard ASA Jørn Syvertsen (1954) has been Director Investor Relations at Borregaard since the company was listed in October 2012. His professional experience is mainly from export oriented manufacturing industries, including consumer goods, pulp & paper and chemicals. He has been with Borregaard for 28 years in total, and has held various management positions in the company. Syvertsen has represented Norway in European Industry Associations, and is currently a member of the Raw Materials Committee of Cepi, the Confederation of European Paper Industries. He is a graduate from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
