DirectLink Trust Lessons Learned Interface does not solve dual maintenance of Inmate Information Both the phone system and the Trust Accounting system require Inmate Identification data originating from the Offender Management System Phone Systems can be configured to create pre-paid debit transfers through the interface instead of per-call charges This can defeat the benefit of eliminating residual balances at release KCN has established a release refund interface to restore this benefit DirectLink Sales provides and alternative through commissary sales processing
