After establishing many Primer Metrology laboratories for sixteen years atturkish National Metrology Institute (TUBITAK UME), I started setting up my own Fluid Flow Metrology - Corporate Consultancy Company to provide you, consultancy and training services for establishment and trainings of Testing, Verification and Calibration Laboratories according to 2004/22/EC Directives, ISO and OIML Standards. One of my experiences is to evaluate established measuring system uncertainty budget according to related international standards. And also I have well enough experience for establishments of ISO 17025, ISO Quality System with the preparation of documents for Accreditations. I was a member of EURAMET (European Metrology Institutes) for thirteen years, BIPM (World Metrology Institute) for ten years and I am the technical and head auditor TURKAK (Turkish Accreditation Foundation) for certification of ISO and accreditation Standards for ten years. My special subjects are: Establishment and trainings of testing, verification and calibration laboratories for feeding, controlling and measuring of Water, Oil and Gas flow rate and gas velocity measuring equipment and their axillaries. And also I hav special experiences on establishment and trainings of testing and calibration laboratories for heat meters according to 2004/22/EC Directives, non-automatic Weighing Instruments according to OIML R-76 and Mass Laboratories according to OIML R-111-1, and other Standard.
