Must be a problem solver at heart with innovative and creative thinking, quick to research and implement, with the ability to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines. Description: Perform user research- conduct interviews and inquiries, identify different personality types. Collaborate with various teams- including product, engineering and QA- to develop solutions, create reports, demonstrations and other collateral. Propose product enhancements. Create wire-frames and mockups to visualize and prototype solutions. Work with the engineering team to review, test, and document features as they are built.
