34 Patient-reported experience measures The Canadian Patient Experiences Reporting System (CPERS) under development. Operational in April 2015, enabling reporting of standardized patient experience measures. Five jurisdictions have committed (BC, AB, MB, ON, NB). May extend to other sectors (e.g. emergency departments, long-term care facilities). Taking the lead in developing a Pan- Canadian LTC Patient Experiences Survey at the request of jurisdictions 34
