2 Objective This document provides a video production studio design standard for Brevard County Elementary, Middle and High Schools, such that the design standard will enable commonality of requirements, functionality and equipment across the schools. Standard and enhanced studio designs are defined at the Elementary, Middle and High School levels to provide flexibly with respect to budget and functionality. Class size, facility size, floor plan, equipment and budget are also defined. This design standard is not manufacturer-specific thus will serve as a design baseline as equipment and technology continues to evolve. These standards are to be used as a guide for new construction. They may be modified as necessary for renovations/remodels of existing schools.
