1 Josh Bieneman Force Baseball Director A native of Baltimore, MD, Josh Bieneman played 4 years of collegiate baseball at Baltimore City Community College, Georgia College & State University and Notre Dame College. During his collegiate career Josh was named to the All-Conference team 3 out of his 4 years as a Catcher. He was also selected to play 2 summers in the highly competitive Shenandoah Valley League, in Virginia. After a brief experience in professional baseball with Chillicothe Paints in 2008, Josh decided to put all focus and efforts in the coaching and development of younger athletes. From 2008 through the summer of 2012 Josh coached Club Travel Teams at numerous age groups. He also provided Hitting, Pitching, Catching, Defensive and Speed & Agility instruction for players from ages In 2010 and 2011, Josh was the Head Coach USA Baseball 15U NTIS Regional Team, which featured some of the best young players from Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Michigan. Josh is also a Varsity Baseball Coach at St. Ignatius High School, where he has worked with the Catchers and Hitters since 2010.

2 Larry Mosley Force Baseball Assistant Director 15u Force Ohio Larry grew up in South Euclid where he played 3yrs of Varsity baseball at Brush Highschool. In those 3yrs Larry was voted 1st team All- WRC, Plain Dealer Honorable mention, WRC most improved in addition to Team Captain. Larry started his College career at Lakeland Community where he played under Howie Krause for 2yrs and earned All- Conference Honorable Mention both years while leading the team in doubles and home runs his last year. After a short stint playing at Coker College, Larry began his coaching career at his Alma mater Brush High school coaching the freshman team to a record. Currently, Larry is the Head Coach for the u Force Ohio team. In his two seasons with the team, they have had a combined record of , while winning 10 Tournament and Runner s Up in 3.

3 Ryan Virtue A native of Stittsville, Ontario, Canada, Ryan Virtue graduated from Niagara University with a bachelor of science in sports management in May of Virtue s playing career at NU as a left-handed pitcher saw him performing in a variety of roles. He had been a conference starter, mid-week starter, and held a number of different relieving responsibilities. He currently ranks 2 nd in career appearances at Niagara University with 76 and tied for 5 th in career wins (12). For single season pitching records he is 5 th in appearances (22), and tied for 5 th in wins (6). Over the course of his career, Virtue has taken various aspects of a number of techniques from a number of coaches, and has combined these techniques in creating his own coaching philosophy. He has been a private pitching instructor for over 6 years and has coached a number of teams at the youth, high school, and collegiate level. Robert Maddox Force Northfield/Force Eastlake/Force Fairlawn 14u Force Ohio Drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 34th round of the 2007 MLB Amateur Draft. After declining. Robert attended Ohio University and was later selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the 18th round of the 2010 First-Year Player Draft out of Ohio University. He is entering his second year at Force and will be the Head Coach of 14u Force Ohio in 2015.

4 Alex Lavisky Alex Lavisky is a professional baseball player for the Cleveland Indians. He grew up in the greater Cleveland area, and currently lives in Lakewood, Ohio. Alex was a four year starter at St. Edward high school, winning two baseball state championships in 2008 and 2010 earning first team All-American honors in both his junior and senior year seasons. He was committed to play baseball at Georgia Tech, but forwent his scholarship when he was drafted in the 8th round of the 2010 MLB first year player draft by the Cleveland Indians. Alex has spent the last 3 seasons catching for the Indians Minor League Affiliates the Lake County Captains, Carolina Mudcats, and now the Akron Aeros, while spending his off-seasons giving catching and hitting lessons at Diamond Indoor Sports/Force. Steve Grife /Force Northfield 15u Force Ohio Steve grew up in Sheffield Lake Ohio and graduated from Brookside high school in After High School, he played baseball for three years at Mercyhurst College. He was drafted in 2009 by the Chicago Cubs where he played two seasons in their Minor league system. After his time with the Cubs, Steve continued his playing career in the Frontier League for two seasons with the Washington Wild Things and Southern Illinois Miners. In the off seasons during his professional playing career, Steve volunteered his

5 time with programs in the area and was the pitching coach at Mercyhurst College for their season. Cody Dearth /Northfield 13u Force Ohio Cody Dearth, graduated from Bellevue High School in 2007 where he played 4 years of varsity baseball and was a 3 time all league Pitcher/First Basemen and a district 9 All Star. He also played 4 years of Varsity baseball at Youngstown State University. Former Coach for Bellevue High Schools summer travel team. Cody is entering his second year with Force and will coach 13u Force Ohio. Chris Goodrum Force Eastlake/Force Northfield 18u Force Ohio -Goodrum Playing Career Catcher- Mentor High School Earned All-Conference Honors 1991 Catcher and Outfielder- Lakeland Earned All-Conference Honors 1993 Outfielder- Coker College, SC NAIA College World Series 1994 Inducted in Coker Sports Hall of Fame Coaching Career Worked at Coker College summer camps while playing.

6 Head Coach Force Ohio Instructor Force Baseball Academy Mark Terlep Mark is a former Collegiate Infielder who played both Basketball and Baseball at Wittenberg University. He is currently beginning his 14 th Season as a Coach at St. Ignatius High School. Paul Roskos Force Eastlake/Northfield Paul Roskos is from Timberlake, OH, where he attended Eastlake North High School and graduated as part of the class of Paul participated in Varsity Golf and Baseball at North. Paul then continued his athletic playing career at Lake Erie College in Painesville, OH, for 4 years in both Golf and Baseball. Paul graduated with a Degree in Business Administration and Sport Management in May of Mr. Roskos joined the Force Sports Coaching Staff part-time in September of He was the Head Coach of the 13u Blue Sox (2013) and 10u Blue Sox (2014) Paul primarily played OF throughout his playing career until college where he pitched full-time and offers well-rounded instruction for each position. Paul currently resides in Eastlake with his wife Kimberly and 3 children Jackson, Elliana, and Milo.

7 Jake Schoch Force Northfield & Westlake 16u Force Ohio Jake is currently a Collegiate Baseball player at John Carroll University. Beginning his second year with the Force Baseball program, Jake will be giving instruction at Force Northfield and Westlake during the winter months. Jeff Hehr Force Northfield Born is Corning, NY, Jeff played his College Baseball as a Shortstop at Eastern Michigan. He was Selected by the Cleveland Indians in the 20th round (No. 617 overall) of the 2007 MLB Draft. Jeff played with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers and Lake County Captains.

8 Jonathan Sprowls Jonathan, a Graduate from Claymont high school, was named all-conference for the E.C.O.L. Jonathan attended Cleveland State University as a relief/ closing pitcher for the Vikings. During his 4 yrs. at Cleveland State, Jonathan obtained a B.A. in Psychology with the concentration on the mental aspect of sports in Psychology with a minor in Communication. Post-graduation, Jonathan was 11 th pick overall in the Frontier League. He now currently works at the VA Medical Center as a Therapist for long term rehabilitation and to head back to school for his PhD in Psychology. Eric Yanosich Force Northfield Force Eastlake/Force Northfield Eric played high school baseball for Mentor High School, where he was voted MVP by his teammates his senior year. Played summer baseball for Aspiring Athletes his junior and senior year. Currently is a third year biology major at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. He is a part of the first year club baseball team at Duquesne. This will be Eric s 3 rd year coaching with Force. He was the Head Coach for the 11u Blue Sox (2013) and 12u Blue Sox (2014). He hopes to coach high school baseball near Pittsburgh after graduation from Duquesne's physical therapy program.

9 Matt Murphy 14u Force Express Matt Murphy currently resides in North Ridgeville. He played 3 yrs. of varsity baseball for North Ridgeville High School and was all county as both a junior and a senior. Matt has been coaching baseball for 3 years, which includes a 14U team out of North Ridgeville in the summer of Matt is currently the Head Coach of 's U9 and U13 teams. Kevin Goodrum Force Northfield 17u Force Blue Sox A Graduate of Mentor High School, Kevin went on to pitch at The Ohio State University. He was then selected in the MLB Draft by the New York Yankees, where he began his Professional Baseball Career. Kevin then went on to play 3 season of Pro Ball with 5 different teams. Kevin is entering his 4 th season coaching Travel Baseball and will coach 18u Force Ohio- Goodrum in 2015

11 Dominic Ianiro Force Northfield/Force Eastlake 12u Force Blue Sox Dominic is an Alum of University School and Notre Dame College. While at Notre Dame College, he played on the Baseball team as an Infielder. After playing, Dom coached the University JV Summer team for two summers. He is now entering his 4 th season of coaching Travel Baseball and will be the Head Coach of the 12u Blue Sox in Mike Lynch Force Northfield/Force Eastlake 13u Force Ohio Mike played collegiately at Notre Dame College and the University of Rio Grande as an Infielder. He then went on to play at the Professional level for an Independent team in California. Mike is entering his second year with Force and will Coach 13u Force Ohio.

12 Ryan Connelly Force Northfield/Force Eastlake 10u Force Blue Sox Ryan is entering his second year with Force. He played 4 years of Varsity Baseball at Rocky River High School and currently attends Ohio University. Ryan will be the Head Coach for the 10u Blue Sox in 2015 Scott King Force Northfield/Force Eastlake 10u Force Blue Sox Scott grew up in Richmond Heights and attended St. Ignatius High School. Currently, Scott is an Outfielder at Capital University. Scott is entering his second year with Force and will be the Assistant Coach for the 10u Blue Sox in 2015

13 Vince Chiuchiarelli 10u Force Express- Chiuchiarelli Vince played 4 years of Baseball at Walsh Jesuit High School. He was named Captain his senior year. Vince is entering his 2 nd year at Force and will be the Head Coach of 10u Force Express- Chiuchiarelli in Johnny Hamilton 11u Force Ohio A native of Strongsville, Johnny Pitched Collegiately at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. He is entering his second year with Force and will be the Head Coach for 11u Force Ohio in 2015.

14 Zach Justice /Force Northfield 11u Force Blue Sox Zach Pitched at 4 years of College Baseball at Lake Erie College. He is entering his second year with Force and will be the Head Coach for the 11u Blue Sox in Jeremy Coleman Player Development Coordinator 12u Force Express-Coleman & 18u Force Ohio- Coleman Jeremy is a native of Lorain and played 4 years of College Baseball. He played Infielder played 2 years at Lakeland Community College and 2 years at Western Kentucky will be Jeremy s second season with Force. He will be the Head Coach of 12u Force Express-Coleman and 18u Force Ohio- Coleman.

Nate is entering his 6 th year of Travel Baseball and Instruction. He will be the Head Coach of 13u Force Express- Campbell.

16 Tom Carosielli Force Northfield/ 15u Force Blue Sox Tom played 4 years of High School Baseball at Normandy, in Parma. He then went on to play at Cuyahoga Community College, where he was an Outfielder. Tom is entering his 2 nd year with Force and will be the 15u Blue Sox-Carosielli Head Coach in Dan Salomon Force Northfield/Force Eastlake 18u Force Ohio- Goodrum Dan spent time playing at the Collegiate level for both Bowling Green and Kent State as a corner Infielder. He is entering his second year with Force. In 2015, Dan will be coaching 18u Force Ohio-Goodrum.

17 Zac Johnson Force Eastlake/Force Northfield Zac Pitched at the Professional ranks both with the Cleveland Indians Organization and the Chillicothe Paints, of the Frontier League. Zac will be entering his first year with Force in Kevin Rolli Force Eastlake/Force Northfield/ 13u Force Blue Sox Kevin played at Lakewood High School. He had committed to play collegiately at John Carroll University as a Catcher, before a career ending injury. Kevin is entering his first year with Force and will be coaching the 13u Blue Sox in Drew Smith Force Northfield/Force Eastlake Drew played Outfield in Collegiately at Lakeland Community College. He is entering his 3 rd year with Force.
