Colors, backgrounds, logos, photos, language versions and specific tailor made functions, can be added to the large touchscreen. It is also ready to run photo galleries or video presentations at idle times. Software Software in payment terminal allows to set any list of fees, to create own multi-level menu, to determine fixed amount of payments or allow payments in any amounts, to match payments with the variable number of invoices or ID of payer (for example date of birth or ID card number). There is a web application serving for management, setting and monitoring of terminals which allows, besides other, to define different access rights for office employees and their agendas, to generate balance sheets or other transactional reports, to verify payments in online mode, etc. Custom RAL color note: variable shelter for outdoor installation also allows integration with systems by third parties. 4 5

Not only do the payments take time, but only cash payment is possible. As a result the employees are obliged to keep cash in a cash box which increases security risks, when handling cash, when cashing up and transferring the money to the bank. This also involves more work. It is not always possible to direct the payments to the central cashier of the office, or it is in many cases ineffective. Automatic payment terminal is an optimal solution. Payments are sent from desks to one place, they are processed by payers themselves without any input from office employees and the cash is kept safely in the safe within the payment terminal. The payment accounting is also easier and faster due to automatic balance sheets and reports. What is more, the money is not physically manipulated until the office is closed, and only a small group of people has access to it, which contributes to much higher safety.
