Overtime will be charged at a pro-rated hourly rate. All final terms and conditions are contained in the Property License Agreement. ** Turbulence simulator only applicable on the Narrow-Body Jet II at an additional fee of $2,000 per shoot day. *** Location Fee is a mandatory fee for usage of the Air Hollywood facility which includes stage rental, 45 car parking spots, extras holding room, hair and makeup room, production office, main office fax usage, 40 free copies, wireless high-speed internet for production crew only, 1 dumpster pick-up, 1 basic facility cleaning. **** Studio Air Conditioning can be ordered directly through Air Hollywood. TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR FEES Prep/Pre-Light/Shoot/Strike Estimated Tech Supervisor (12 hrs) $500 Tech Supervisor shall be hired on Licensee s payroll as a Local 44 Construction Foreman. $500 is based on a standard 12-hr day, including taxes and fringes. SHIPPING / DELIVERY FEES Air Hollywood offers delivery service for mock-ups, props and set dressing. Fees vary based upon availability, size of order, driving distances, driving conditions, etc. Ask an Air Hollywood representative for a custom shipping quote.

5 FOR A SMOOTH FLIGHT AT AIR HOLLYWOOD SUBMIT SIGNED CONTRACT, PAYMENTS, SECURITY DEPOSIT & INSURANCE FILM PERMITS & FIRE MARSHALLS Air Hollywood is not a certified stage and should be treated like any other filming location. Therefore, film permits are always required. Depending on the size of your cast & crew and your intended use of our studio, the City of LA may require a Fire Marshall. Please check with Film LA on Fire Marshall requirements. ADDITIONAL PROPS & SET DRESSING Additional props & set dressing must be ordered separately through our prop house. Our standing sets are rented as-is. AIR CONDITIONING & POWER Air Conditioning is optional, but highly recommended, especially during the warmer months. A/C can be ordered directly through Air Hollywood. Air Hollywood s house power is limited to less than 400 amps and is used almost exclusively to power the set lights and A/C. We recommend that you bring a generator to power your production equipment. DUMPSTERS Our Location Fee includes one (1) front-loading dumpster per day. Additional dumpsters can be ordered and reserved through Air Hollywood for $100/ea. PARKING Our parking lot is gated and secured, but shared with our neighbors. Our Location Fee includes about 45 car spots total for Stages 1, 2 and 3. Please contact an Air Hollywood representative for parking details. Street parking is available for cars. Weidner St. must be permitted to allow for truck and trailer parking. For additional nearby parking, please reference the Crew Parking Options list for contact information.

6 CLEANING / RESTORATION Upon completion of your shoot at Air Hollywood, we expect our studio, sets and props to be restored to the same condition in which they were received by your production. All set and prop damages should be brought to the attention of the Technical Supervisor and/or the Prop Dept. Manager for immediate attention and are subject to additional charges if reasonably necessary. Our Location Fee includes one (1) basic facility cleaning per rental. Facility cleaning will occur immediately following the last day of your rental at our studio and will be scheduled by Air Hollywood s staff. All spills or damages should be brought to the attention of the Technical Supervisor for immediate attention and are subject to additional charges if reasonably necessary.
