Smoking is prohibited on campus, including all building; all grounds, including exterior open spaces, parking lots and garages, on-campus sidewalks, streets, driveways, stadiums, recreational spaces and practice facilities; and in all University-owned or leased vehicles. 1) Use of tobacco products is prohibited in all interior spaces and outside property or grounds, including parking areas, private vehicles on the grounds, and State/County vehicles, for the following Health sites: 4 Clean Start at Holly, Snow Hill Health, Ocean City Health, Worcester County Dental Clinic, Berlin Health, Pocomoke Health, and Maryland Access Point. 2) For all other sites, smoking of tobacco products is prohibited in all interior spaces and within 30 feet of building entrances/exits. Effective June 30, 2013 smoking is prohibited on the campus grounds, outdoor structures and school vehicles of all University System of Maryland institutions. Nationwide CIGNA Corp. Smoke-free policy in effect for all U.S.-based company facilities. Kaiser Permanente All Kaiser Permanente medical campuses across the nation are smoke-free.
