2 IC Investment Holding AŞ signs a management agreement of IC Bomonti project with Hilton Worldwide to open an upper upscale Hilton Hotel and Conference Center in Bomonti. Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center is set to be the largest hotel under development in the city by number of rooms and size of meeting space, providing Istanbul with a world-class conference facility which will attract new international conference business to the city. IC Bomonti Project, is located in one of the oldest areas in the city Bomonti, neighbors The Old Bomonti Brewery, an iconic building of significant heritage in the city center. IC Bomonti is the first to bring extensive entertainment, dining and retail facilities; as well as a museum and arts center together with the business world. Being unrivalled in the its field, this large complex aims to be the center of attraction for locals and tourists, become a landmark and be the most preferred place by the business world.

4 In 2007 as a result of the tender run by Ministry of Culture and Tourism, 49 years of easement is granted to IC Investment Holding AŞ. The construction of the project has started in 2009 and it is planned to be finished in 2013.

36 The Old Bomonti Brewery

37 The project is located on a land where the historic 120 years old The Old Bomonti Brewery takes place, which gave its name to one of the most historic districts in Istanbul. With its unique design this industrial facility is one of a kind both in Istanbul and Europe. The Old Bomonti Brewery was founded by Sweden Bomonti brothers and was the first brewery in Ottoman era with modern beer production techniques. The brewery was actively used by Tekel until the early 1990s.
